We purchased a 20 Seer Amana heat pump from Next Generation air and heat. John's equipment selection for our comfort requirements meets and exceeds our expectations. The entire experience was delightful. The installation crew (Johnny, Junior, and Michael) removed our old system and installed the new one without trouble or mess. The installation looks professional and my home looks like they were never there. Sam came out and did the start up on our system. He did everything the manufacturer requested, and Sam made sure the system was working the way it was designed. After completing the installation, he explained the comfortnet functions and operation. Our home feels so much more inviting and comfortable ever since the system started. Our humidity issues are gone and we actually have raised our A/C setting because it feels cooler and dryer than it did with our old system. Also, we have the piece of mind with the Amana brand warranty (10 year parts warranty, 10 year labor warranty, and lifetime condenser replacement warranty). Overall, Next Generation Air and Heat is a professional, knowledgeable, and courteous company. If you need a new system this is the company you want.

I am very pleased with the service I Have received from this company. This is the second time I have used them and now have a service contract with them. Both techs were friendly, knowledgeable, honest and took all the time I needed. Pricing was reasonable too.

The company was able to service my a/c unit in a timely fashion. Living in Florida having cold a/c is a must!

Installed complete system. Needed repair. Paying $ 20.00 per month. Called 8:20 PM. Tech called back. AC was working again at this time. AC stopped working again at 9:15. Called for service. Told it was after 9 PM and can't help you till tomorrow. Even with service program. Wife suffers asthma, was told nothing they can do. Purchased new from them 3 yrs ago. $5500. Called PalmBay air and heat. Our old company. Tech arrived 45 minutes later and repaired. Do NOT use NEXT GENERATION! USE PALMBAY, AIR AND HEAT FOR ALL!

Next Generation had installed my unit initially and recently it stopped working properly. They came out found the problem and had to schedule to come back with the part. All done. The technician who came Keith was professional and well schooled in his trade. I can't say enough with the good service I got. Keith is an asset to his profession and to Next Generation Air & Heat. Great job!!! Totally recommend.
