This company is excellent! First the receptionist was able to schedule a technician the very same day I needed service. After scheduling me in, I received a text informing when the technician will be at my property. The company sent me a text with a photo and a description of the technician with a brief bio which was awesome, because now I knew exactly who will be meeting me at my property. The technician was courteous and went right to work. He was very thorough and was able to do the job neatly and efficiently. I will definitely recommend this company to my friends and family!

Many good things to say about this company and the crew that came out to work on the house. They were on time, got to work quickly, excellent craftmanship on the parts they put together, cleaned up after each days work, finished the job timely, kept us informed along the entire process from getting in touch with them for an estimate through to the end of the process of passing inspection. The work crew was especially polite and courteous with my 96 year old Mom during this job The office staff was responsive, polite and timely, etc. We had the duct work replaced and the crew did an outstanding job! Kudos to this company for the high standard of customer service and workmanship. We would definitely use them again!

I also love the real time tracking of when they will arrive to the job...it makes for easy organizing during customer's busy workdays.

The technician arrived on time and completed his work quickly. He was knowledgeable and took care of the problem immediately and had my AC up and running. Great service as usual. Next Gen never disappoints!

I have been with Next Gen Heating and AC for over 3 years now. They always respond to any issue I have quickly and professionally. Outstanding service!!! Their warranty is incredible!! They by far are the best AC service I’ve ever had and coupled with their great service, you just can’t do any better. They also offered me the best deal way beyond what any other company offered for the money and they don’t nickel and dime you to death! Very fair and economical. It’s really hard to find honest, fair businesses these days but they are truly one of the few!!!! I recommend them to all my friends!!!

The technician was prompt, courteous, and professional. He took pictures of the wiring, AC components, and drainage to post into his report that was emailed to us. The maintenance and service is so much more transparent and documented than with any other company I've used in the past. They foster trust by being so open with all of the checks and steps they take. I'm very impressed and happy we chose to use this company.

The technician who came to repair our AC was actually the owner who is very down to earth, friendly, and professional. I like the most is that they are honest, based on my interaction with them, that's number 1 because honesty is foundation of good trust. Also very good customer service, and very professional (they know what they are doing). I will definitely use their service again if my AC need helps! I do thankful that they repair my AC because living in Florida without AC is impossible! Also the owner was very kind that he was willing to wipe bottom of his shoes using the disinfectant wipes I provided him, it is because as precaution for COVID-19, I never ask people to wipes their shoes prior COVID-19. overall I am very thankful of their kind helps and good quality of services!

The guy that came out, told me what to do to keep my ac cleared. I did exactly what he told me to do and it caused a leak. Charged me 95 dollars for him to fix his mistake. And he also said it wasn’t glued good enough in the first place which this company is the one who did that. So I got charged for their mistake. Do not use this AC company! Cheap but horrible.
