First we where visited by Ben, he was professional, polite and did not push any product on us we did not want or need. He explained our options and was able to get a tech to us the same day. Chris was very good at his job and trouble shot all possible problems with our AC unit. Hegave us all the options that where available to use and did not pressure us into a brand new unit. I strongly recommend using New Generation Air and Heat. I plan to continue to use this company for service and future installation. Thank you for a job well done.

We are truly pleased with Next Generation and our service person! Scheduling an appoint was easy with great availability. Our service man was knowledgeable and helpful explaining our options. Being new to this house it was great to have an expert take the time to explain the upkeep that will keep our system trouble free. He was so friendly, even our fussy dog liked him. Having a heads-up call when he was on the way was very helpful. Overall we are highly satisfied and will continue to use Next Generation.

Next Generation A/C & Heat is a fantastic company with knowledgeable technicians! They are always helpful and extremely responsive. Anytime I’ve ever needed maintenance they helped me quickly and with low cost. They have a great low-cost preventative maintenance plan as well. I highly recommend.

Our drain was plugged, and our garage flooded; they corrected it in no time. However, once told the system had never worked properly since its installation by Star Service AC, they further inspected it. It took them no time to locate why it had never cooled as it should. It is a bit pricy, but having a unit that works as advertised will be nice. 😊 So far, we are very happy with Next Generation Air & Heat!

I called this company based on their reviews and was not disappointed at all. They were in constant communication with me. The technician Chris was very knowledgeable and did an impeccable job. I will never deal with anyone else.

This is an update (03JULY2023) as we continue to rely on Next Generation A&H for all our HVAC needs. A very satisfied customer to date and Chris continues to be the BEST. We have used Next Generation since December 2013 and have been extremely pleased with their service, responsiveness and courtesies. Their technicians have been knowledgeable and currently we can't express enough the courtesies, professionalism and knowledge of a supervisor, Chris. The owner, John has always been responsive.
