    There are many Air and Heat contractors, a few are good and many are bad. How do you choose the good ones?? I contacted 8 or 9 companies to give me a bid on replacing my old A/C. I did a spread sheet and asked many engineering questions, I had each contractor or their salesman to review my installation. I was amassed at the different answers and different quotes I received. Many were way out of line but the one that impressed me the most was John Lazaridis of Next Generation. In a very hot day John climbed through my attic to determine what was needed. John owns this business. He could of had his tech do the job but he didn't. John gave me a honest quote and did what he said he was going to do. His team was first class they did the work when they said they would. They did a great clean up and they do a very good follow up. Don't bother making a spread sheet Just call John.

    Also had neighbor install new unit and he was very happy. these guys are good..

    A couple of years later---- Next Generation has serviced our system on a timely basis.. it really didn't need any major service Just a plugged drain line and a new filter. Good service and a good product. No I am not part of the family.......still clicking fine 2019

    I am a Real Estate Broker and have managed many properties and dealt with many vendors. I had a very positive experience with Next Generation on a bank owned property that I was selling. There was originally a problem with a bad capacitor that needed to be replaced. They did the repair and all was well. After the recent hurricane, the system was no longer functional. They recommended replacing the system as it was very old and not worth repairing. The seller approved the replacement and Next Generation even gave credit for the prior repair toward the replacement. Honest, professional, and very personable. Colleen was very friendly and even sent a hand written note explaining how to transfer the warranty to the new owner. This is a first class operation and I would not hesitate to recommend them to my family, friends, and colleagues.

    This company truly goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service. I had Keith out to my home when my AC stopped working. Unfortunately it was time to replace seeing as my AC unit was 27 years old. Keith was patient and kind as he explained all of the different options for a replacement system. Once we had chosen one they had it installed in just a few days. The installation crew was just as wonderful and courteous. I cannot say enough good things about Next Generation Air & Heat. I recommend them to anyone looking for service, maintenance, or a new system. You simply cannot find a better company.

    we had an older that had to be replaced. It was a pleasure to have Keith come out and give us a free estimate and explain everything step by step with our old system as well as the system we purchased. The day of install the crew arrived on time and had us up and running in no time. I highly recommend next generation to everyone.

    This was not my first using Next Generation Air & Heat for my central AC needs. Like all the times that I have used them before, once again the technician Chris lived up to what I have come to expect when dealing with Next Generation. They are always on time, courteous, professional and informative about the condition of my units, and recommendations to resolve issues at hand.
    My 2 ton unit is 15 years old, Chris left me a detailed analysis including pictures of components that were leaking or will be leaking in the near future. He also identified components that could fail anytime soon. He gave me options including cost,c repair or replace. He didn't try to upsell me a new unit.
    I did tell Chris that I had a whole house appliance insurance contract that would take care of repair or replacement costs. My only wish is that the company with whom I have the whole house insurance use Next Generation as a repair/service provider. At least, I have a benchmark for what to expect when the whole house insurance company repair/service provider shows up to dertimine trouble resolution for my defective unit.
    I will always recommend Next Generation Air and Heat for all AC needs. Great family owned company.

    I purchased a top of the line Train AC Unit from Next Generation Air just over a year ago. Since that time I had one issue where no matter how low I set the thermostat the unit would not cool to that temperature. In fact, it got hotter in the house. I called and explained the problem, a technician was sent out and we thought he found the problem and fixed it. However, the next day the same issue arose again. I received a personal call from the owner of Next Generation Air. He spoke with me and gave me his personal guarantee that his technician would isolate the problem and fix it to my complete satisfaction. The technician returned and worked for about 4 hours straight until the problem was finally identified and a fix initiated. The fix worked and the problem has never occurred again. On Dec 24, 2019 my thermostat started doing weird things. I made a service request via the website and a technician came out Dec 26th. Discovered a faulty thermostat and said they would replace it. I am extremely happy with my purchase and just as happy with everyone at Next Generation Air. When they called to confirm my appointment I spoke to a polite, reassuring and professional lady. My one and only encounter with the owner was amazing. And today, Dec 26, the technician - Mr. Nehemias Sosa was on time, polite, very professional, and ordered a new thermostat. I am 100% glad I purchased this high end TRANE system from Next Generation Air and heat. I highly recommend their systems and their service long after the sale is outstanding and what every other company should strive to emulate.
