Our air conditioning unit has been on its last legs for awhile. It finally went out overnight Thursday night. I called Next Generation to get a quote for a new system Friday morning at 8:30AM. By 10:00AM The owner was at our house giving us a quote. They showed up monday morning with the new unit and by 3PM Monday the new unit was completely installed. Great company with great ownership and staff!!

Wow the repair guy John was here within 30mins and early from the time we were giving . He only took it felt a few minutes and had the new part ready to go in his truck . I would recommend and will use next time . Thank you my house has finally cooled down .

My experiance was GREAT! I have a maintence membership with them. I came home from work one day and it was 85 degrees in my house. I called and they sent someone out and I had AC within 1.5 hours and it didnt cost me an arm or a leg :) The entire staff is super friendly, they will have my business until......

We recently had our A/C system totally replaced by Nexgen. They did a great job. They always answered our questions and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. Yesterday the A/C shut off. It was a really hot day and we couldn't believe our new system is having issues. We called Nexgen, they sent there repairman John. John had us up and running in mere minutes. I would recommend Next Generation for all air and heat issues. They are amazing. Thanks Nexgen!

Tech was knowledgable, professional and courteous. The company was earlier than scheduled, but calls first to make sure this fit my schedule. The tech worked diligently, and made sure nothing was missed. The tech made sure to explain each step of the process and made us feel comfortable with what process. Highly recommend!

Our A/C went out on a Monday night. Tuesday Keith came out and looked at our system (which was very old) we decided to replace it, we received a portable A/C unit to get us through the night and Wednesday the crew came to replace the system. Keith was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions. The crew that came out was prompt and very professional they explained what everything was and how it worked. I am so thankful that they were recommended to us and we will definitely recommend them to others.

Quick, knowledgeable, and affordable. My experience was late on a Friday afternoon when I was prepared to be gouged, but was handled with great professional care. There was also a follow-up in a few days at my house that was included on the original pricing that was very fair to begin with. I am glad to have this company living in sunny Florida for sure!!

Our church needed to replace the aging central air units. After reviewing bids from six local companies, we selected Next Generation Air & Heat to perform the work. The owner John worked tirelessly with us to select the right units in the right configuration and followed through on all aspects of the job. His staff of technicians did an amazing installation. The men were very professional and knowledgeable about all aspects of the job. The work took about week and a half. They installed four five ton units and two four ton units. The work involved replacing the air handlers, compressors, all electrical lines, refrigeration lines and duct work. Following the church installation, three members of the congregation decided to have their central air units replaced by Next Air. They provided a full new air condition unit in my house - installing the outdoor unit, the indoor unit, a filter and copper tubing to/from the indoor/outdoor unit since the pipe was too small for our new unit.

They provided a small A/C unit prior to installing the fully new unit, since we had no air conditioning in our house, which helped provide some comfort during the period 2 days until they received the new equipment.

The team arrived as scheduled, brought the equipment promised, did an excellent job and provided some instructions on using, programming the new system.

All personnel were very professional, helpful, informative and did an excellent job installing, setting it up and cleaning up the site prior to leaving.

They provided free visit and checkup at the six month period which was load off, since we did not have to worry about having it checked out.

I would HIGHLY recommend this company and personnel for future installations. I am now investigating them to provide future maintenance checkups on an annual basis.
