Michael was extremely thorough when doing maintenance on my new AC unit. He is the real deal and very knowledgeable. He has been to my home twice already and each time he always resolves any issues.

We contacted them when we purchased our house to check on a few things and service our unit. They always are very helpful and honest. I asked for quotes for 2 different things I thought I needed done but they told me I I not need those things and made the smaller changes needed to solve the problem. They are honest and helpful. Both times they have serviced my home always very helpful and explained everything and how I can care for my unit better.

Our experience with Next Generation was wonderful. We were in Florida for a short visit and found that our AC was not working. We called (at night) and the next morning, a technician, Nemi Sosa came out to evaluate. He was great. He took the time to explain what happened and why we were experiencing the problem. Knowing that we did not have a lot of time, he ordered the necessary part and had it the next day. He made a point of returning that day so that we could have it repaired before we left. He was knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and patient. He did the repair and also advised us of an additional problem which he came back to complete once the part was in. We highly recommend Next Generation for their service, integrity and honesty and especially want to do a shout out for Nemi.

Chris was on time and conducted himself in a professional manner and performed the AC and heat maintenance to my satisfaction. I look forward to seeing him again for our next annual servicing.

Professional Kind team!!!! Excellent work and the equipment they used was top notch!!! I will use this company again! The install team not only put the new equipment in, they ensured I had easy access to the filters and strengthen the box the unit sits on. I was highly impressed!!!!

As a woman home alone, it's really important to me that I feel comfortable with the service people I let in. Chris is awesome! His mannerisms are friendly and professional. He greeted me and explained what he would be doing. He was very efficient and before I knew it, the job was done and he was on his way! It was a great experience and I will absolutely be calling Next Generation for all of my AC needs!

I was very pleased with my service today with this company. My tech was Sam and he was amazing. He took the time to explain everything to me and help me understand my ac better. He was very thorough. First off Next Generation Air and Heat has amazing customer service, quality service technicians, and quick response times. During last years hurricane season our entire AC system had to be replaced. Obviously they were slammed but still sent Keith, a very knowledgeable technician out that day to diagnose the issue. Once they knew we would need a new system they rushed a portable unit to us until they could install the new system. The installation crew that came to do the install were fast and courteous. I have never had service this great before and now our power bill is cut in half. I would recommend Next Generation to anyone.
