Whether you need regular maintenance, repairs, or a new unit Next Generation Air & Heat is the company to call. They made several trips out to our home (after normal business hours) in hopes of salvaging our unit. After multiple attempts it could not be fixed so they set us up with a top of the line unit. Samuel, Chris, Chelsea, and the owner of the company have taken very good care of us. We would recommend them 100%.
I received my annual A/C check up today. When I called I was scheduled the next day. Junior the technician showed up at his appointed time. Advised me on steps to take in between maintenance to keep my A/C running smoothly. This is my third service call to NextGen and they have not disappointed me yet. Thanks.
I bought a new thermostat and tried to install it when the fuse went off and the whole unit shut down. I called Friday night, the guy called me back Saturday 8 am and showed up at 10 am. He was so knowledgeable and professional, from a little talk, he was able to recognize what went wrong. He fixed what needed fixing, reprogrammed the new thermostat and stayed till he made sure everything is working fine and the way it should. Thanks.
I would give them zero stars if possible. I called them this morning to take a look at an A/C on a rental house. They diagnosed a bad capacitor and a bad condenser fan motor and because the unit was an R-22 unit they couldn’t repair it and instead they told me that I needed a new unit for a cost of nearly $6k. Of course I knew this was not the case and I called a different company. The other company just replaced the capacitor and the unit was back up and running. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Instead of installing a $20 part and repair the unit they wanted me to buy a new unit. You should be ashamed of being in the A/C industry and should return back to me the $80 that you charged for the “diagnosis”.
Hello John. I don't think my review is confusing at all. The technician never contacted me until I reached out to your office and the person working at the office told me that she was going to have the technician call me. The technician stated that the owner of the company (you) said to give me a quote for a new system. A run capacitor is one of the most common failure components on air conditioning equipment. I might not be an "expert" like yourself on AC systems but I have had rentals for over 21 years and every summer I call the company that I trustt for my GA rentals and they take care of it. Please elaborate on the laundry list of malfunctions. Both of the neighbors on both side of the house have my phone number and neither of them has called me. The reason I called your company a month ago was that a friend from the military suggested that I called your company to get a quote on a new system. Bottom line the one that should be ashamed on this instance is you and none other.
Completely unhappy with this “service.” Called for a diagnostic for the ac not working. Without checking all the components, he went straight into trying to sell us a whole new unit for 5k. After making him check the Freon levels which He did not do initially, the price went from 5k to $200 for just one part. I would not recommend this company at all. They are focused on selling, not actually finding the issue.
Response to owner:
My husband said he THINKS the Freon could be low. That does not mean that the technician decides not to check it. This call was for a diagnostic check which was made very clear from the beginning. I was there for all conversations, despite what you were told. No one wanted a price on a new system. We wanted to know what was wrong with our current system and to have it fixed aka diagnostic repair estimate. Your technician just wanted to sell a new unit. Nothing was “done” to our unit prior to him coming, other than my husband taking the cover off to look in it. Which was communicated in the beginning. Also, the compressor is 3 years old, so if that’s old to you, then I feel bad for all your customers. Bottom line is our unit was repaired because I refused to get a new one for $4,300 (which was your lowest price) on a 900 square foot home. Customers, please get multiple estimates from other repair companies because this is literally more than double what other companies charge. Thanks!
Our unit went out and needed to upgrade since it was a 2004. Called and meet four companies all seemed to know what their pitching but it felt like a sales call. Keith showed up and immediately made me feel comfortable with his knowledge of what unit I wanted and how I wanted it to be relocated and new supply added. He did a thorough walk through and duct inspection and came up with a great plan. Pricing was comparable to other companies but Keith went above and beyond to help me get the unit I wanted within my price range. I am a project manager for a commercial construction company and was very pleased with Keith and his dedication to my wishes and made it happen. No other company offered any assistance and he even brought us a portable unit until our new equipment gets installed this Monday. I highly recommend this contractor and feel lucky to had set up this appointment. Thanks to all at New Generation, keep up the great client based motto!
First time calling Next Gen, Great customer service on the phone, scheduled me the same day. Received a text message with a picture of the Technician when he was on his way. Bobby was great, very professional and informative. Will definitely be switching to Next Gen for all my AC repairs.
Outstanding service and techs; Michael really knows the business and helps you understand what is going on. I highly recommend this company for all of your AC/Heating needs.
I had used another service for many years, but they were not available to help me this time. With an imminent hurricane on the way, it was imperative that the a/c must be working. I had gotten some references from clients of mine for Next Generation and decided to give them a try.
Not only were they here within a few hours, Bobby, their representative, had the issues located and solved within a very short period of time and at an extremely reasonable cost. I would suggest their services to anyone without hesitation.
