Guy showed up at the very beginning of the time window they told me. I thought the service was expensive, but was happy it was so fast. BUT WAIT. I got a call a few days later saying they'd had a glitch in the system and overcharged me, and they sent a check in the mail, reducing the cost by nearly a third. So not actually very expensive, and I'm impressed with the integrity of the company. They could have kept the money and I wouldn't have been the wiser. Highly recommend.

Sergio came to my rescue, he knew the complexity of the system and in short order said I needed a new blower motor. He replaced the motor and I was on the way to a cool home. So very pleased with all aspects of Sergio's service and thank you for providing his expertise.

Had a condensation pump leaking water on the floor late in the evening, but saw that Ken Williams was available 24 hours. Technician tried to repair pump to save money but had to replace pump in the end. Very competent and helpful and got our AC back on line. Works great.

I get my AC maintenance twice a year. Previous AC tech retired. Looked for a local company and found Kdn Williams. Great choice. Angela, customer service, was great with all my questions. Mike, AC tech, was on time, professional, and explained all that was being done. I will spread the word in our community.

I was referred to Ken Williams Air conditioning regarding my ducts. I bought my childhood home and well, the ducts are pretty gnarly. They were happy to come out and give a free quote for cleaning and replacement. I appreciate the honestly of their technician who could have easily told me my ducts were trash and in need of replacement just to get the extra dollar but instead he was honest and said that even for their age they are in good shape and a cleaning would be suitable. He gathered the info he needed to have the company quote me on both so I could make a decision. At this time I am going to opt for cleaning and in a few years will replace. Looking forward to scheduling the cleaning and hopefully reducing the dust bunnies in my house. Ken Williams came highly recommended and after doing business with them myself I understand why. Certainly a recommendation I will pay forward to other homeowners.

I called and said I needed a new blower. I had already diagnosed it.
You sent a guy out 2 days later who looked at it and said "you need a new blower and it's $79 for me to diagnose it"

Then because of the weekend, I wouldn't know when it would be replace until the following week. Also the charge would be $899.

I contacted a differ HVAC company and they showed up within an hour and replaced the blower the same day for $350.

I don't call AAA and say I'm out of gas and they charge me $79 to diagnose I'm out of gas.

The waiting a week to repair AC in Florida in June is bad business.

Not a happy camper .....

No other way to say this, after 20 years of having many other AC companies work here at my house for 20 years...
Ken Williams and, in my case, his Tech Sergio Delvecchio are the best I've ever had...HONEST People FINALLY!!!, Quite frankly, all you need to know for your AC repair needs...the BEST I've found...
When Sergio came, he saved me a ton of money after "another company's diagnosis" (name not to be disclosed) quoted me several thousand bucks for a repair and also a 3 week wait for parts...!!! From Mexico..!!1
Sergio fixed it in one afternoon and came exactly at the time promised...

The Ken Williams Air Conditioning service call was outstanding continuing the quality service we experienced during the service call in December 2022.
The service call was scheduled for an 8-10AM window. The technician, Sergio, arrived at 8 AM, introduced himself and explained what he would do. He flushed the air handler drain line and condensation pan inside the air handler. He was here about 45 minutes. Sergio was professional, effective, efficient anCourteous. I highly recommend Ken Williams Air Conditioning.
