Ken Williams Air Conditioning

Needed a whole new system. They installed a broken system. Took almost 2 years for them to find the leak. Then when it was supposedly fixed, just found out this week it's still leaking. And they were nice enough to give me a courtesy call and say you are out of warranty and will now be responsible for anything we may find. That's awesome, since they never really fixed the system from day one as I keep finding out. Multiple times I've needed them to come and fix my new system. And happy to find out too the system they sold me on and convinced me I'd never have any problems with and is super efficient and top of the line they no longer sell because of all the problems they've run into with it. Thanks. Now I'm screwed with this a.c and get to reap the rewards of using ken williams. Who should accept made a mistake installing this one in the first place and should have offered me compensation by installing a system that from the box shows no signs at all of any issues.
