Ken Williams Air Conditioning

I telephone this business today because I am looking for an A/C safety guard. Someone stole the A/C unit from a newly constructed house. From the moment they answered my call it professionalism was shown. Jen called me back. I'm waiting for a quote, but just experiencing their professionalism will be a BIG factor if I get them to install the guard or not. I did not accept the quote, I thought it was too high.

I had so many issues via American Home Shield warranty, in order to actually send a company out that will go on a second floor roof. 2 companies both refused to go on the roof. We waited over a week while our AC unit kept leaking into our ceiling causing damage. Finally after a week of going back and forth they allowed us to use an outside contractor. I decided to use ken williams because of the companies amazing google reviews and 5 stars, unlike the companies AHS had sent us. They were extremely professional, super honest and open. I was expecting given my system is over 10 years old, to be told we needed a new system, but the serviceman worked diligently and gave us a very detailed diagnostic report, cleaned out the system and drain etc and was very reasonable cost. Absolutely fantastic!

When my a/c stopped working properly i called Ken Williams A/C. The service was excellent. I was very happy when the Tech, Jason arrived. My house was very hot (almost 90 degrees). Jason diagnosed the problem within minutes of his arrival. I was told the price of repair, which was reasonable, and ok'ed the work. The problem was fixed and the cool air flowed.

Two gentlemen came and cleaned our air conditioning ducts. The were courteous, quiet and efficient. Took less time than expected. We would recommend them to our friends and neighbors. They were also less expensive than the other 2 estimates we got.

Don't bother shopping around. These guys are the best. Been using them for years. I don't know how their prices compare to others but you can't beat their service and quality of work.
