The tech that did my repair explained what failed before he did the repair. He also explained that regular maintenance will add life to the unit and help keep it from working harder which will save $. I will always use Ken Williams Air Conditioning.

Person came on time and was professional and thorough in the cleaning of my dryer vent. Cleaned up when he was finished and did a nice job. I will recommend this company to the condo management.

They custom engineered the entire HVAC system, duct/return layout, whole house dehumidification, MUA, hood, 6 exhaust fans, etc. for my very large, state-of-the-art, ICF/Icynene-constructed new house. They consulted their army of experts and created a masterpiece system. They understand the science of HVAC and air quality, not just how to install something. (The others I took bids from had a person in their office use a program on an Ipad to 'design' a system.) KW service has been great too, and reasonably priced, could not ask for better.

They were on time, the technician performed a systems check, identified the problem found the source and made required repairs. No Nonsense, pricing was fair and of value. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY WITHOUT HESITATION.
