Ken Williams Air Conditioning

FABULOUS!!! And, saved us a TON of money! We had already had a technician from another company come out and tell us that we had a leak and needed to replace a part that with labor cost over $2000. With that being the case, we were thinking about having to replace our system (it's almost 10 years old). Bob from Ken Williams came out, tested the system and discovered that the leak wasn't even in the part that the other company told us was bad!!! PLUS, he had the tools in his truck to go ahead and fix it for a FRACTION of the cost. Our A/C is blowing cold air again and we couldn't be happier!

The staff and technicians at Ken Williams Air Conditioning are extremely professional, knowledgable and customer oriented. They went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule and did an excellent job obtaining replacement parts when most suppliers were out of inventory. They replaced a defective blower motor and installed new ductwork throughout the house. All work was completed on schedule for a reasonable price. I highly recommend Ken Williams Air Conditioning and will use them for all my future air conditioning needs.

Installed new central HVAC system in condo beach side, They brought the system up to current building codes and handled all building paper work.They did a Good job at a fair price. I found this small Local family run business to be reliable, friendly and caring to their customers. A big difference then dealing with Large company's just trying to sell you things you don't need. YES I would recommend them to any one!!

Happy with the experience. The gentleman seemed knowledgeable and did the maintenance I was expecting. Very helpful. Would like for the same guy to come next time.

Had a cleaning and the tech turned off the breaker outside and forgot to turn it back on. So, I had to have them back for a service call. Initially they charged me for the service call that was they're error but after speaking to them they agreed that it was they're error and removed the charge. Other than this incident I have been happy with they're service.

Great work, fast service, showed up when they said they would (on time!!) Quick repair and good price. Good to find a company that knows what they're doing and treats customers well! Very happy, the AC is cold again and the problem and fix was explained to me! :)
