I called and asked if someone could help me find my air handlers filter, as I was experiencing a nasty smell. I didn’t need much done as I already cleaned the unit myself. But I’m so happy I found Our Place Air & Home.

Sara was very helpful about the 10$ monthly fee which you can cancel at anytime.

As I was waiting for the tech, I found my air handlers filter. I called again just to make sure the 10$ monthly fee could be canceled without any commitment. I was skeptical at first. As most companies charge 70-100$ just for one visit.

Mike told me it was a 12 month contract. I basically told him, not much needs to be done here. Besides needing help with the measurements for the air handlers filters. I didn’t want to waste their time or mine.

They ended up waiving the fee and having the specialist Kyle come over anyways

Once Kyle arrived, I told him everything. And they listen. They don’t try to haggle, or pressure you to do something.

My situation was the air handler never had a filter for 14 years! Out of those 3 years that I’ve been here it has been effecting my health.

We had a filter at the return vent but not at the air handler..

It was blocked off from whoever installed the bathroom. So I didn’t have access to the air handlers filter.

Kyle, was informative enough to answer my questions I was worried about and even threw in a FREE fogging sanitize
Treatment into the return air vent. Just to have me on board for the 10$ a monthly fee which you can CANCEL at any time. And to leave a good review.

I highly recommend. I ended up doing a lot of the research and do it yourself maintenance but having this service was the icing on the cake.

Going to clean the coils and drain line once more tomorrow but overall air quality has improved and the smell has reduced drastically from what it was before. I couldn’t sleep, eat. Now I have a peace of mind and know what it is to breathe in clean air once more without having to step outside.

Not sure I chose the right service on the list, but they installed a new ac/heater for me. There were hiccups along the way due to the age of my building (space) and more. Every single one of the team were very helpful and I'm now DONE! Can't give a special shout out to any one person. They all worked as a team and got me taken care of. All of team are great!I'm already noticing a difference in air quality. Looking forward to my next electric bill that I believe will be lower and help pay for my new unit

The customer service and communication have been excellent. I can imagine they're very busy during this hot summer but the response was fast and the technician's visit was convenient with my schedule. I appreciate that Drew took the time to explain the issue and the solution and followed through with a temporary fix since there's a holiday this week. Five stars from me.

We had a great experience! Jason got our AC up and running in no time at all. There were text updates before the tech (Jason) arrived and when he did arrive he clearly explained and resolved our issue. They have a new customer.

He knows his business, is generous with his time, and was very clear about all the possibilities for taking care of the problems. He was able to make stop-gap solutions work until the root cause of the problem could be repaired. A real profesional.

My AC went out and I was researching online for immediate service. I was contacted immediately by this company and Adam was at my door within an hour. Adam was very informative and professional. Awesome company and great customer service! Kyle is amazing!!!He took the time to explain everything from the diagnosis to what the repairs will entail. Please ignore all the bad reviews about the customer service. It’s some of the best I’ve ever had with any company. I have the platinum level and it’s completely worth it! Very responsive with arrival times and if they can’t make it they call ahead. I cannot recommend this company enough!!

Military family overseas returned home fourth of July weekend to ac not working. Unit was replaced a few years ago, but was under warranty. Tech from this company came out, did a dye test, detirmed there was a leak within the coils. Confirmed part was under warranty then proceeded to send a quote for $2400 for labor to replace the part. We asked how many hours of labor and what was the rate. We were told it was four hours to repair. Basic math would conclude that's over $600 an hour for this repair with freon being included under our already paid for plan with them. We've lived all over the US being military and have had our fair share of ac unit issues, and I've never paid this much for the a coil replacement and freon. Shady business practices getting you in labor when items are under the warranty.

Less than a mth old paid for top of line he unit 18.1 gree had 2 inspections and 3 techs out here after the 3rd tech who put dye in line notices there is 5 leaks sent someone back out fixed it no follow up call and still not cooling like the $15,000 new unit should be!, 12am now and sweating yet again and unit has been on 67 this whole wk. ridiculous! My parents new unit carrier 74 in there house and ice cold! All the time And we got the lifetime package as well!!! Fix our unit right !! So we don't have to keep dealing with this for next 10 years +
