He was professional, honest, and transparent upon coming out and providing a service to our home when our AC unit wasn’t working.. Drew was excellent to work with today! He was extremely responsive, carefully listened to my issue, and offered a solid and reasonable solution. Additionally, when there were a couple of outstanding questions, he quickly found a resolution and followed back up with me in a prompt manner. I would be happy to work with Drew again in the future!

Ryder and Victor were on time, efficient and polite. Ryder also had some excellent ideas on how to improve the system.

I called this company to replace three duckworks did they not want to go under my mobile home to replace the the third one and they charged me almost $2,000
I called another company and they came and install for one the duct work that they didn't want installed under my mobile these people are not professional👎 I will not even give him one star

After calling several companies to come out and repair my AC, Our Place Air and Home Repair responded first thing the next morning and fixed it within minutes. John was absolutely great. He was quick to find the problem and fix it and get my house back to a livable state. John was also very honest and upfront about what he did, what he replaced and my options. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone finding themselves in need of emergency AC repair.

Adam has been so helpful with my ac problem and has explained to me how I can get the best use out of my equipment, he walked me through the procedure to set up my system.

Professional from start to finish. Answer all questions. There was a hiccup on part availability but once it was on hand the tech came out on the weekend to fix the unit. Definitely recommend

My A/C was dripping a little too much so I called to set up an appointment and they set one up for the next day, no hassle. When the repairman (Alec) came out to take a look and diagnose the situation he was super friendly and super knowledgeable. Answered all my questions easily and we carried on pleasant conversation the entire time. He ended up unclogging the line and everything seems to be working great. They offer a membership that is well worth it. Highly recommend

Jovan came out to our home Tuesday Dec 14 do our routine maintenence every 6 months and coincidently has been to our home before. He is extremely knowledgable and alway goes the extra mile. Unfortunately our AC game out on that visit and he found us a GREAT deal on a new unit.

Leslie came through putting the new install in the books with the trouble of have the old unit give out completely. she is super kind and eager to help.

Two days later we had Cristian and Moises do the new install that included a new return box in the garage and their craftsmanshipp was superb. Even though they took longer than expected it was not for a lack of efficiency nor urgency. they left at almost 10pm and the work exceted our expectations.

Thank you to the Our Place Team over all, but especially to those team members mentioned above. They are not the cheapest option, but THE BEST by far! (btw they arent the most expensive either).

UPDATE - We had an issue with the unit they installed 5 years ago. I called this afternoon and explained that it was not urgent but Mike said he could get someone out today! Bert came by at the allotted time and fixed the unit no charge as we have the warranty service. He had some excellent suggestions for added protection but did not push them on me. It is absolutely clear that "Our Place" really means that they take care of the customer as if it was "their place". EXCELLENT service and HIghly recommended!

Stephan came promptly estimated what we needed and Jason came the very next day to do the installation. Jason did an excellent job and kept me informed as to the progress. By the end of the day we had heat once again. Thank you Jason!
