Kyle was very genuine and really took out the time to hear our current situation. Kyle worked with us to come up with a solution. In doing so, he really showed us that this company doesn't just treat you like a number. We really appreciate that since we have experienced other companies just looking down on you and walking away. Kyle went above and beyond what even a normal good company would do. For this reason we are now loyal customers. Highly recommend Our Place Air & Home Repair!

We have a 16 year old AC unit. The gentlemen who answered my request had a very calming voice, extremely nice and said he would send a tech name Kyle out between 8pm and 10pm! I was shocked! He said we would get a text and email and an update on Kyles status. Exactly what happened. Kyle came and what a sincere pleasure, he was knowledgeable, nice, informed us he could repair and it would cost X amount or replace with 3 different choices and it would be x, y, or z. He worked on this thing for over 2 hours. He got it up and running at no cost to us and we did purchase a new system. He was clear in his explanation to me and my husband since we do not speak AC. This company should be extremely proud of the two people that I dealt with tonight. If this is the kind of employee they hire and treat well, GREAT JOB! By the way, I found them on Angi. The only one who responded never mind came. Kyle got done at little after midnight. I hope he got to go home to his family. Our sincerest appreciation to this company and Kyle.

John G. came by same-day after our a/c stopped working. He was knowledgeable, quick, and walked me through each step. There was no pushy salesmanship—just a good repair and a friendly disposition. We’d definitely use him again.

Lloyd was great and took care of my a/c unit. He replaced my thermostat and was very professional. He was very knowledgeable and I recommend him if you need anything to do with your hvac system.

Hakeem was very professional and knowledgeable of our AC needs. Was very confident and friendly and fix our issue within a few hours. He also spent time with my wife and I to answer all our questions and concerns. Would highly recommend this guys!

I was so thankful that someone answered the phone when I called b/c our A/C was not properly functioning. I was able to get an appointment the very next morning; which was a Sunday! I got text updates to let me know the technician was on the way. Kyle S. arrived on time, was very thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly. He had the part we needed in his vehicle, a capacitor, & once replaced, the A/C was working again. He made some great suggestions too, like a surge protector, which we are having installed next week. He also suggested a U/V light, which I had never heard of, but will be getting soon to kill mold that builds up in the unit & also kills germs. We gladly purchased a membership, which offers great discounts on parts & regular maintenance.

So let me tell you the young guy Andrew went into that hot attic and did his thing like a 30 year veteran. Excellent work replacing my husbands and I duct system. He is a great team player who worked totally in sync with his supervisor. The system now feels 100% better than before. Good work is hard to find thank you Andrew and the whole team at Our Place.

The technicians came out Gabriel and Lester to replace the AC unit and the thermostat. They worked hard all day making sure the unit was in properly and was working efficiently. Very professional! Would highly recommend this company and these technicians specifically.

We are very pleased with this company so far. We just finished up a maintenance visit with technician Shaun and it was great. He was polite and professional. He asked and answered all of our questions and was very thorough with all that he did. We also appreciated how straightforward he was and how comfortable he made us feel. We went ahead and renewed our membership today and would definitely recommend Our Place Air as well as Shaun for AC service.

Good work. Very professioal. Unexpectadly broke a water line, but repaired it without any debate.. justin & Tae returned to reinsulate and reinstall vapor barrier. Super happy and recommend this company for all your a/c work instal
