Ricky did a great job making sure the entire operation delivered on its initial promise. They replaced our duct system and it now feels balanced with even flow in every room now, just amazing. Delivery, accuracy, and service with an excellent disposition. My kids will now enjoy their summer thanks to Ricky and the team. Thank you guys, truly excellent work.

We had a free in home estimate on installation under our mobile home. Ezekiel was the tech. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. And the quote given to us was acceptable. We will be calling them back soon to have the service done.

John got here right on time. They said 10, and the second it rolled around he was ringing my doorbell. Very personable and professional. He went over everything in detail, from getting a new unit, to regular maintenance to maintain my current one. Get this man a raise.

Incredibly disappointed on multiple levels with this company. We have been using them for a couple of years now at our house as well as my parents’ condos. For the most part it has been simple maintenance… They do a lot to try to upsell you which I can understand, it’s a business after all. That being said, I draw the line when they sell you on items/services you don’t need or can’t use.

I went with their recommendation to get the ‘platinum plan’ at one of the condos which gives you several maintenance visits + a liter of free coolant as needed with every visit (up to 4). A few months later someone came to perform the maintenance outlined in the plan (important to note that this after MULTIPLE TIMES they called to reschedule an hour or so before scheduled arrival due to overbooking. They have done this at every property and are not reliable at keeping their appointments).

Long story short, the technician said that there was an issue with the system which will most likely need added coolant and thus get it back to the optimal temperature / split. I responded in kind saying “sounds good at least we get one liter free, how much will be needed to top off”? To my dismay, he told me that they don’t carry the coolant needed as this is an older system and will need to flush everything out and add the newer type of coolant at a cost of over $1000, and that’s after the ‘platinum’ discount by the way. Well why the heck did you sell me this so-called platinum plan to begin with?! Nobody mentioned the non-matching coolant issue when we signed-up and paid for it.

Two weeks later the unit stops cooling all together (we’re already at 90+ degrees daily). When they showed up again, several hours late, the gentleman said the compressor is shot and all but blamed me for not adding the necessary coolant when needed. This wasn’t communicated a couple weeks early as a risk when I said I’ll have to think about spending $1000 on switching it entirely, already thrown off by the fact that this platinum plan was worthless to being with.

Dan who I’m guessing is the manager was not very responsive or professional during the few times we spoke nor did he get back to me when I expected to hear back. I had to chase him practically… Lastly, When I was told it was either switch the compressor at $3500+ or replace the unit all together, which basically leaves you hanging, not a great feeling. It took Dan more than a full day to get over a simple quote, while others I spoke to in order to compare prices - Got it to me within less that an hour. Not to mention that all proposals were at least $2200 cheaper than the one I got from Our Place (and that’s with the ‘Platinum Discount’).

Will not do business with them again nor will we continue to utilize them on any of our properties.

We have used this company for regular maintenance of our HVAC system for years & have always been pleased. The techs that this company hire are what makes me write this review. Specifically, Hakeem, Lester & Jeffrey recently provided multiple maintenance & cleaning services and did so with the utmost of professionalism ... they were punctual, conscientious, polite & courteous, & very knowledgable. They provided exceptional service and were genuinely a pleasure to have in our home. Techs like these 3 men are "difference makers," and I thank them sincerely!

Our Place look after our AC in our house and have this week updated both our units. All the guys that did the job were excellent. Lester turned up today to finalise the fitting of the new Thermostats. Really nice guy and got everything up and running. Definitely recommend this company and a big thank you to Lester.

Hakeem was our HVAC tech who came out today and did an all-pro job! Great A/C service, full explanation of all work performed and a very thorough estimate on some future work or replacement. Highly recommend.

Our technician, Ricky, was friendly and professional, he took the time to speak with us about how the unit had been working the last few days and told us everything he checked for us as well letting us know what the cause of the issue was and best maintenance to prevent it in the future. He was respectful and courteous to our home and pets, and very informative about the membership program which can wave the service fees if we need any work done and includes two check ups a year.
Thank you Ricky and Our Home air and heating, we will definitely let you know if we need your services again 👍
