The technician Osmand was extremely polite and professional. We had an epic clog in our condensate line, but he persisted with multiple strategies until he got it flushed and properly flowing again. We were also pleased that you were able to fit us in the schedule so quickly considering that Hurricane Dorian is approaching and most people are busy with preparations.

Munson Heating & Air Conditioning to the rescue! Our air went out on Saturday night, I called first thing Sunday morning and a technician was out early afternoon. Alex diagnosed and quickly fixed the problem, he was professional and courteous. I highly recommend this company :)

I had several companies come out for ideas on cooling my mid century home that has very limited crawl space for extended duct work and limited wall space due to large windows to place a mini split. Gary Munson and his guys were the only ones to come up with the best place for the mini split and outdoor condenser. A very professional and knowledgeable team!

The Tech was Extremely Knowledgeable and found the problem that was a simple fix, and we had the house nice and cold in no Time!! The only thing i didn't Like was we we're not getting warranty on the part cause we had to get the serial # of our A.C Unit.😳

Young man came today instead of scheduled date. Did a wonderful job, flushed the lines. Educated me on the best way to maintain my unit. Exceptional service. Price quote for SSI3 switch was expensive, will think about it and decide.

My AC went out, let Aj know, and an associate was out first thing the next day to fix it. Took him no now than 15 minutes and the problem was fixed. Honest and fair pricing and quick and reliable service. Highly recommend to anyone with an ac issue!
