I would rate Heinmiller much higher than a 5 if possible. My self and family have been using their services since the day they opened their doors and have always been 100% satisfied. It’s starts with the wonderful lady scheduling your appointment and always finding a way to make it happen even if you have an urgent last minute need. Their prices are reasonable. ALL of their technicians are extremely kind and knowledgeable and always eager to teach when asked a million questions. I’d like to thank eac and everyone of you for ALL you do!

They came out for an initial assessment to replace my entire system. Zero reply. The person who came out actually referred me to another company. I questioned this and he replied with “Yea, since the old man died - things are different”.

After almost two months of hearing nothing, I called back to inquire - that was a week ago - zero response.

Prior to Mr Heinmiller passing away - I used them 3 times to install duct work and entirely new systems.

I would not recommend them for anything at this point - they are no longer the company Mr Heinmiller ran.

We had some challenging AC issues in our 1973 condo. They had plumbers to reconfigure our water heater, electricians for new breakers in the circuit board, and incredible technicians like Matt and Jose that gave outstanding and personable service. Brian their quality control person and Tim their sales consultant were top notch friendly and efficient service. We recommend them highly.

Talk about great customer service, this company is the epitome of taking care of business. We had a challenging AC situation in a 1973 condo. These guys were on a first name basis since they took extreme good care of us. Yes AC parts and whole units are expensive but when they last 20 years it is worth it, and our house is efficient and very frigid. I recommend them highly for their superior service and customer satisfaction😀!

I called this firm because of the good reviews in order to replace the central air in my home. Gave the Secretary all the details, was told I would be called the next day (Friday). The following week Brian called, I told him to pick the very best they had and an appointment was made to come to the home. Brian never showed up. Calling back, no one at Heinmiller was aware of the appointment. Brian was contacted, he apologized profusely, and a second appointment was made. When again he failed to show up, the office was again contacted and again they were not aware of any appointment. Brian was contacted and again started saying how sorry he was. I called to speak to the owner, he was "busy" and has never called back. Form your own opinion.

We can't say enough good things about our service technician - Sean!! Totally professional, courteous and an expert in his field. We appreciate his honesty and the time given during each appointment! My husband has a few physical disabilities and Sean always makes sure that everything is understood. He's definitely an asset to the Heinmiller team!

I have used Heinmillers for more than 30 years. They always get the job done with professionalism. They have often suggested ways to keep it going with multiple options and carefully explained the ramifications of each choice. When I need new heat pumps, they reworked the upstairs system to avoid having to go into the attic to change the filter. Their employees have always been courteous and made me "safe". I highly recommend them!

Great company ! They have been in business since 1945 and have stood the rest of time . I have used them for all my air conditioning needs for 25 years .
No complaints . Honest, fair & reliable . Highly recommend.

We have trusted our home AC/heating system to Heinmiller Heating & Cooling for at least 25 years now. We take advantage of the maintenance agreement service as well. They are responsive and professional.
