First time using this company and they are AWESOME! Called with an AC problem and they provided same day service, showed up on time and were great to work with. Jason was friendly and professional. Did a thorough inspection of my hvac system & even swapped out the filter that I haven’t gotten around to doing. Provided some great maintenance tips and recommendations to keep my systems running smoothly. Top notch company and customer service! Highly recommend.

I am giving 2 stars due to the service I believe we received. Unfortunately after over 20 years off & on of using Gary Munson Heating & Air-conditioning - I can not use them again due to the service tech that came to our home. The company is stating the employee is highly regarded with the work he has performed for other customers, unfortunately my experience/opinion is he was unprofessional & made inappropriate decisions in my home.

Gary Munson Heating & AC did a great job installing a Daikin mini-split system. The new system works great and keeps that side of the house cool. Highly recommend using them for all your heating and AC needs.

Have been using Gary Munson for over 3 years for service and they have always done a great job. Yesterday they did a whole system replacement and I am impressed.
I was an electrical contractor for over 10 years, and while I don’t know every technical requirement for HVAC I did work alongside them a lot. I can tell you this was a high quality installation.

Called 20 minutes before arrival. Once Will, the service tech arrived he explained what he would be doing and proceed to follow the process. Explained after he checked all equipment and tested everything was good. Offered a 1 year service agreement, did not push it. Will seemed to be very professional and did a great job of explaining everything. Very happy with service and would highly recommend to anyone.

Two years ago this company replaced by old ac unit with a new model. It was a smooth process and they couldn't have been more polite or professional. This week they came out for annual servicing of my ac, and the tech was again helpful and professional. He answered all my questions and explained what I should do to keep my ac running at its best. Gary Munson was recommended to me by my neighbor, and I would gladly recommend them to others.
