Victor, who schedules appointments, was super helpful and responsive to questions. Pedro, the technician who came to our house, was very polite and did a great job of explaining things. I have been quite impressed with the entire process. I signed up for their maintenance program.

Our A/C went out and Century Air came right out to diagnose the problem and get us up and running until we could get the new unit installed. Their installation team was quick, professional, courteous and did a great job of installing our new unit. We're very happy with the work they did for us and will definitely use them again in the future for our A/C needs.

I have a reno project Century is helping me with. We had to move our existing AC unit and they were very accommodating. There were some hiccups with the move, which I honestly kind of expected just because it’s a big project. When we had trouble, they sent out Rinaldo. The communication was accurate and professional, and he just seems to care about his work. There were a couple of trips to figure out the source but it was always timely…. Which is paramount in August in Florida. Rinaldo was so meticulous and took time to explain to me the source of the problem. AC is not simple people…. but Century, Rinaldo and Steve (the owner) have made this process a professional and high value experience for me.
