After one company showed up to say we needed to replace our entire HVAC system, Steve from Gary Munson Air came to give a 2nd opinion. He fixed the problem, and even though he knew we were prepared to replace the system, he said that there was no emergency to replace entire system now. I so appreciate doing business with honest and capable people.

Munson Heating and A/C is available 24/7. They have always been so pleasant and helpful whenever I have called. Their service personnel are prompt and efficient. I am pleased to have found this company to use for my AC and heating needs.

Couldn’t be happier. Called a little after 10:30 AM and they were very busy but would try to get to me before the end of the day if they could. Well I had my A/C back up and running by 4PM. Like I said - Couldn’t be happier. Very impressed with Steve who came out to the house. These are my new A/C guys!!

Munson is the BEST!!! They are always quick to respond and perfect in repair!!! They also put in some extra ductless wall units upstairs that save the day if we ever have trouble with the main unit. Thanks Gary Munson!!!! Your crew rocks!

Had this company install a Rhemy Halo at the house in addition to some other summer preventative maintenance. Really enjoyed the tech that came out. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Will call again when/if needed.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. In my 40 years of dealing with contractors, Gary Munson is by far the worst I've ever seen. They totally botched the installation of a replacement HVAC for our house. They never pulled a permit for the job until I forced the issue after finding dangerous mistakes in their installation. Then they couldn't even pass inspection until 14+ weeks after I first brought their deficiencies to their attention, having failed the 1st inspection. All the while I had to waste hours upon hours of my own time to push them forward every step of the way. Truly pathetic.

I rate my experience 5 stars! My technician was Mike Pittman, very knowledgable, efficient and friendly guy. He definitely represents your company well and because of that, any issue I may have in the future I know exactly who to call. Oh, and it was sunday on memorial day weekend!! Figured I'd have to wait till tuesday for anyone to come out and fix my AC. Thanks again and Mike keep up the good work man.

Now my rating is based off work experience with this company. I worked 4 months of hard labor installing duct by myself. To have AJ gary munsons son make me promises he couldn't keep when it came to paying me. He bribed me on many occasions to pay me cash under the table especially for Saturdays . If you like to kill your self working for cheap pay and unappreciative people this is the company for you there is no opportunity for advancement and they'll promise all these things only to tell you to your face that they never said that. With that being said if you like to do business with con artist their the right people to call to service your units and work for.

I am a retired home builder and developer with 35 years of experience behind me. I called Gary about changing our our HVAC system in our Florida home and was very impressed by Gary when he came out to visit me personally about the system and what we could do to change it. His staff handled the project on time and did a very neat and complete job. If I were operating my building business in Florida, I would be using Gary Munson Heating and Air Conditioning as one of my sub contractors.
