Gary Munson Heating & Air Conditioning

I just recently moved back to my childhood home in Orlando and it was in desperate need of being upgraded and many repairs to be done. Mr. Munson was a family friend and worked with my grandfather many years ago, so I called him when we needed a new air-conditioner. Mr. Munson himself came out to talk to me about my options due to the air unit being on top of the roof and the fact that I was going to also get a new roof as well. He told me about the newest technology of the split level air units from Mitsubishi, which would do away with the roof unit and central heat and air all together. I was a little unsure about it at first, but did some reading and read about its efficiency and lower cost in heating and cooling so, I went with his suggestion on getting the Mitsubishi split installed with the units installed in the bedrooms and one large unit in the living room which cools the living room, dining room and the kitchen. I could not believe only 4 units would cool the entire house, but I was wrong. The system is amazing and we only use 3 of the units most of the time. I can put the air on what ever temperature I want in my room and my uncle (who is always cold) can set his air on what ever degree he is comfortable with. On top of everything, our air bill is much lower than before. Super happy with the end result of the Mitsubishi, Mr. Munson thank you for steering me in the right direction and all your patience with me with all my questions and concerns. These guys have been around a long time and we used them years ago and I feel like they keep getting better and better. Our Techs were SUPERB (Geoff, Cody) and knew what was going on and ours was a HARD install (older home and tight quarters). Super please and we asked for the Daiken brand and we love it. We also got the additional warranty they offered and it was fairly priced. We did not want to buy TWO new systems in a 120 period but everything seemed to fail all together. Glad we used Munson

Great company to work with. They are extremely responsive and do an great job. We lost our air over the summer and Gary Munson AC had me up and running within hours until the new unit arrived. Gary Munson AC fixed my malfunctioning Trane heat pump this winter. Fortunately the tech was able to bypass the EV board and allow the system to provide heat during several cold snaps we had in January and February. They have been our only HVAC service provider since we bought the house, and will continue to use their services.

I used Gary Munson to install a complete new system in my home back in 2012. They did an outstanding job. Since then they are the only AC company that I call. They have done work at 5 different homes for me since the first time I used them. This past weekend the fan motor went out on my son's ac in his condo. Even on a holiday weekend they took my phone call and had someone out to fix it within a very short time. They got it running in a very short time and I found the repair bill to be very reasonable for a holiday repair.
