My SEARS AC from 1995 gave up after 28 years in service.

Shopped around Central Orlando and English Air was able to beat all others in terms of value and google ratings, earning my business. They beat the competition in terms of value by a landslide installing a more efficient unit for a more affordable price. Got home in time. Were corteous, friendly and professiona. Got the old AC removed and the new one installed within hours. Happy to recommend English Air.

Got a 2.5 ton central air, to cover the bedroom area of my home (roughly 1,100 sq/ft). Daikin, Inverter 17-18 SEER. There was a promo running for this brand and they helped me take advantage of it for a better price.

Work well done. Had to install the air handler in the attic. Smooth process.

Anton at English Air is our new "AC guy."

We called several places to price new AC systems when our existing one died. English Air quoted us a lower price for an 18 SEER 2.5 ton system than the other places wanted for a 15 SEER. Anton verified the size we wanted due to the space constraints and need for extra demo to fit in the space constraints. Installation was able to take place with minimal downtime. Great communication regarding scheduling, pricing, and assisting with financing the project.

When the crew arrived they were friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. They were determined to get the system up and running despite having to work outside in the rain.

Great explanation of the system replacement by the owner, Anton. I had already done my own research and he confirmed all I had learnt. The price was very competitive and the team turned up on time.
Dalton & Isaiah we both friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. They did a great job and the place was spotless when they left.
My only regret is I did not use them two years ago when my upstairs unit failed.

I was shopping around for a new HVAC system and came across the Daikin fit system. I looked around for a reliable installer (the most important part about getting an HVAC) and stumbled upon English Air. I made an appointment and the owner of the company Anton stopped by to explain the system to me. I decided to go with them, after paying my deposit the crew (Fareed and Shawn) showed up on time a couple days later and got to work installing the new system. It took them around 6 hours to get the job done. They did an excellent job with the installation and explained everything along the way. They left the place very clean. There was nothing sloppy about their installation.

I am very happy with my new HVAC system and I am glad I went with English Air. If I need a new system in the future (hopefully not for a LONG time). I will be giving them a call. Be sure to get your Daikin warranty registration done soon (the office took are of it for me)

English Air installed my AC system 19 years ago, and it’s still working today. Of course I’ve had it maintained, repaired on occasion and I always change the air filter each month… and it still continues to work! Whenever they come to the house for service or repairs they are always professional, highly competent, and friendly!

I called English Air late this afternoon. They immediately dispatched a customer service tech, who diagnosed the problem and had the part to get our AC back up and running in no time at all. We are one happy family as our 3 babies under 3 will not have to sweat out another night & day!

Was serviced by the PRESIDENT of this company and recommended I abandon current Central Air Conditioning due to frayed insulation. Recommended I install 4 DAIKN mini-splits systems. Was not given a quote of the systems via email of the systems despite being handled directly by the PRESIDENT of the company. Very frustrating to work with technicians who know the answer to your questions before you even ask it. Giving 3 stars due to the promptness of service call. RECOMMENDED THE MIXING OF A REFRIGERANT WITH ANOTHER TYPE OF REFRIGERANT. Was told I had a Freon leak, by the PRESIDENT because of gurgling sound, when really all that was needed was cleaning out of the gravity drain system. Again frustrating to work with "technicians" that are more sages than actually technical. I'm removing a star, since I could have been more gullible. Wasteful, willing to contaminate the Earth with a good air conditioning system and theive the purse of an ignorant client.

Also interesting that after leaving this review the business replied, saying that I wasn't one of their customers. Funny how they investigated my name to see if I was serviced by them, as if I would use my real name 😂.

I’ve been using English Air for over twenty years and they’ve always delivered outstanding service. I called around noon on Friday and they had a technician out a few hours later, with the part replaced and the system fixed by 5. Shawn was a true professional and did an excellent job communicating.
