Our A/C went out Sunday and I contacted English Air. I received a call back from Anton that day. I described the nature of the issue and, due to his knowledge, he had a tremendous understanding of what the issues were and how to resolve these issues. He and his crew were out in the morning, inspected the unit, provided me with potential options, price points, and, what I appreciated the most, his professional opinion based on our specific needs. He replaced the Air Handler that day. This was at least 3 days faster than any other A/C contractor that came to the property. Anton, Roman, and English Air crew were professional, knowledgeable, and ethical. Phenomenal experience.

I'm an inspector and know what to look for. I enjoy getting into technical discussions with the technicians. That may have made English Air's job harder! They installed a FIT system for my home at near the same price as the other contractors sell typical split systems. (less than some!) Better temperature distribution, perfect humidity control, quiet enough to have below a bedroom window, and the variable speed compressor significantly reduced electric bill. I've been singing their praises to everyone in my contact list!

Anton is a good salesman, but that's about it. We selected him after getting multiple quotes and went with his recommendation of a Daiken Heat pump. Stay away. These people aren't competent installers. After they completed install (Friday) we left for the weekend and came back to a flooded condo because they failed to correctly connect the drain lines. Carpet had to be pulled, drywall cut out 1' up wall and house tented as remediation began. They didn't pull proper permits after telling us they would. A month after unit had been installed and reminding them they finally sent permit paperwork. The unit has already failed 2 months in. They've had to come replace parts. Find somebody more competent than English Air.

I love English air!! Anton Martin has been fixing my AC for at least 7 yrs now! He’s very honest, super fast and reliable! He’s always given me way lower quotes than anyone else! And always takes the time to do it right! Very super highly recommended! Thanks so much Anton!!

Simply the best in every aspect of service is best way to describe. Their repair person Fareed was a good communicator and performed the repairs in a timely manner. Commmunications throughout were perfect and timely.

Eli and Isaiah installed my AC unit and air handler today 07/19/2021.
They completed the installation in timely. The job is clean and Eli show me how to operate the unite. we were very hot with temperature 90 degrees inside. AC now is cooling. Thanks again Eli and Isaiah for the good work. You gays deserve a big expensive dinner tonight.

The whole team was very courteous and professional. Very impressed with all of them - from my first call with Jen, meeting with Anton, diagnosis with Roman and servicing by Eli. Customer service was second to none! Would highly recommend.

This was a very fine experience. Chen the inside person was wonderful. She arranged the appointment and mechanics showed up right on time. When Eli and Brendon arrived they were very pleasant. They checked outside unit as well as inside air handler. Only needed Freon but cleaned line as well as coils. I would recommend them to my neighbors.GOOD EXPERIENCE. Thank you English Air.
