Isiah did a great job on all three of our families houses maintenance last week.
Our daughters AC was making a terrible noise and we needed to shut it down. She is home schooling four of our grandchildren and it was Thursday afternoon. One of her daughters is very ill. The owner of English Air, Anton, called me early Friday morning and dispatched a technician named Eli. He diagnosed the problem,replaced the fan motor and had them running by early afternoon. Great competent service. A real pleasure to work with.

After having to replace the floors in my brand new house because the air conditioner leaked I have had 4 companies and countless adjusters inspect my system, charge me, and not actually fix anything. Anton from English Air made a drive from Orlando all the way to Palm Coast and within minutes knew exactly what was wrong with the system. He also gave me the best remediation solution that benefitted me and my family more than his bottom line. A stand up guy and a great company. English Air are THE experts in the business!

The owner is enlightened. He understands what it takes to achieve great customer service for a superior product. Seamless and worry free installation of a mini split system with a 10 year warranty. Not sure they are the cheapest but you get what you pay for. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I called to inquire about receiving a quote for ductwork repair on Nov 16th and twelve days later still no response. I spoke with the nicest and most helpful admin asst. that asked good and relevant questions with assurance that the sales manager would provide me a quote based on the photos I provided: again nothing. What a disappointment!

Shawn, my technician, installed a new mini-split. He was efficient and worked quickly. The entire process was stress free for my family. The unit works great, and we are very pleased. Shawn was an absolutely lovely person, and even swept my back porch!

2021 UPDATE: 5* service every time is not just a motto for this team. Every interaction and associate was a pleasure and they made the whole process easy. We decided to replace our entire AC unit and are extremely happy with our new Daikin unit. They even went so far as to provide a free service to keep our old unit running until they could install the new one. No reason to look anywhere else than English Air!

Dalton came today and saved the day again. We switched from different service company to English Air. The experience is 100X better. They keep their word and on track for their service time. We are so glad to find the best service company for our AC system.

This is the first negative review I have ever taken the time to write. I am extremely disappointed in my experience with English Air. I trusted Anton, the owner of English Air to install a brand new AC unit at my business. We have had multiple problems with this unit and have called English Air to handle these problems on this band new unit installed in 1/2021.
The unit leaked into my ceiling flooding the ceiling of my office. It also leaked gallons of water down my walls and most recently under my newly installed floor.
I have called English Air and in response sent out a very nice service man. I do not have any problems with him. He checked the unit and told me it appeared to be cooling properly and was not sure why the kitchen was not cooling. He checked the thermostat and said it was fine but agreed that the kitchen was hot. He said he would have the owner, Anton come to the office and see what was happening since he was not sure himself. This was the third service call and I was billed for these calls.
Anton never came to the office to check the problem. Instead one month later, he texted me. I asked him when he would come to the office and check the unit and he said he was out of town and did not know that we were expecting him to come to see why the unit was not working properly.
This week the unit leaked 15+gallons of water into the ceiling, in the walls, and under the floor. My husband called English Air on Monday night as he was vacuuming water out of the ceiling. Anton has not called us back. We now have had to hire a Water Remediation company to dry, dehumidify, remove the walls, and remove the floors. So far the bill is over $7,000. It is my hope that English Air will take responsibility for this improper install.
