I have been using English air for 5 years now. Anton and his partner are excellent. Prompt service and honest business men. They will tell you what you need and what you don't need to spend money on. They are about dong what is right not making money. The charge a fair rate and don't ask you to do more then is needed. On on occasion he was able to get a piece covered by warranty that was up in 30 days saving me $500. The next time he told me over the phone how to fix the problem and it got me up and running. He is definitely about the customer! I highly recommend them for any and all of your Ac needs

English Air was responsive, thorough and very competitive in replacing one of my units. Anton gave me 3 options with which to choose when replacing my upstairs unit. He was available via text any time I needed him and arrived at his scheduled time when he needed to visit. I highly recommend English Air for any service, repairs or installation.

I have used English Air for easy and tough jobs for years. They can handle it all.
They not only do a great job for a fair price, but they stand behind their work. Some time ago a technician that is not with them any longer came out and did some repair work on an inside coil. The repair failed. The owner of the company came out and spent 3 hours of his own time AND recharged the unit at no additional cost. Freon is not cheap... forget the money he lost not being on another job - he came out of pocket to fix it and make it right.
Wish more companies were like this.

Roman is the guy! Called, said it would be about a hour before they could get to us. Arrived right on time, had problem diagnosed in minutes and fixed moments later. All in all only took about 20 minutes to get cold air blowing again. Excellent service, excellent work. Will call again for services.

English Air, specifically Roman, has replaced and serviced our AC for a few years. They are prompt, professional, on time and get the job done, all at a really fair price. I highly recommend them!

These guys are very professional, super friendly, and knowledgeable. They service our AC units at work, and I had a chance to meet them there. I began using their services at home about a year ago as my AC unit was beginning its slow decline towards obsolescence. They helped me repeatedly with fixing what they could, and helped me navigate through the purchase of a new AC unit about 3 months ago which was expertly installed, and running great.

The outside fan stopped working on my AC unit, causing my home to reach a sweltering 89°F inside during the day. My previous AC installer said they would not be able to come out for several days, so we needed to find someone able and up to the task.

Faith from English Air went above and beyond and was able to get a service tech out for us the same day. Eli arrived promptly and was able to diagnose the issue as a bad capacitor. Repairs were made on the spot. I am back up and running and could not be happier with the service and results.
