Roman made sure we were taken care of from start to finish and beyond. The whole team was extremely professional, very communicative, and quick with installation. We got our quote on a Friday and we were installed by the following Wednesday. Great company, great workers, and cost effective. Will continue to do business with them.

English Air and Roman have been great to work with. I have a VRV system that none of the other Daiken dealers I have contacted have had the training or experience to repair. Roman immediately resolved the problem with system and also identified a bad sensor that has caused one unit to not perform correctly. Highly recommend!

The most honest AC repairs in Orlando. Reasonable and understands that your time is valuable also and does not give you an opportunity window of 4 hours like some of the big AC companies that rip you off. Antoine is a very reliable guy and calls you with updates as to when he will be out there and finds the problem rather quickly! My AC issues were during the busy summer, and I appreciated how English Air's Tech was honest with their scheduling and called to keep me updated; rather than letting me sit at home hot and frustrated waiting for someone that MAY come.
