Roman, Eli, and Isaiah did a good job on my home AC replacement. I appreciate Eli and Isaiah working late into a Friday evening to make sure I was taken care of.

When Roman visited to make a follow-up adjustment, he went above and beyond to answer my questions and to develop solutions for my air flow concerns on the far side of my house. For that reason, Roman wins the MVP award.

Anton was generous with his time, even after-hours, to answer my questions and explain things to me over the phone. I appreciated that.

Isaiah damaged my lawn when he got his truck stuck, but that was partly my fault for having him park on the lawn. 🤣 And the efforts to free his truck gave my neighbors and I a chance to bond as it became a neighborhood-wide effort. So, Isaiah still deserves a 5 star rating!

We have been using English Air for 7 years now and they are hands down the best AC company in the State of Florida!! We have been through 4 other AC companies before we found English Air who specializes in Daikin equipment. They not only fixed all of our issues here at Muslim Academy of Greater Orlando but they went above and beyond at all hours of the day! I would give them 100 stars if I could. Honesty, Integrity, and Experience is how I would best describe English Air. I also have to mention Roman is extremely knowledgable and personable every time he comes out, we love English Air! Our equipment is now 11 years old now and no issues!

As a result of testing by Roman, it was determined that the 35 year old heat pump was no longer functional. He provided a recommendation and quote during the same day. I consented to installation of the new heat pump during 01/14/2020. The installation crew arrived on time, and got right to work. All went well, and the installation was completed by approximately 4:00 p.m. Guidance regarding usage of the new thermostat was provided, and appreciated.
The crew worked well together, and even removed some old parts from the premises. I recommend English Air, Inc. Their work is high quality, their crew is friendly, informative, and efficient, and the pricing was certainly acceptable. They did a great job for me.

Hello. Chen in the office was very helpful at the start, and provided all of the information I initially requested. After checking my schedule for the next day, I contacted her again, and she was able to schedule for the next day. Technician Eli arrived at approximately 12:00 p.m. after which we discussed the issue with the house heating system, and he got to his work. He checked multiple issues, and explained to me what he had discovered, and what the solution is. I agreed to have the repair done. The heating system was tested and worked effectively after the work was done. I also asked Eli to check the air conditioning system, which he did and reported his findings, which were positive. He was on the job for approximately 2 hours, and he addressed the issues, and completed the system repairs. I appreciate the professional presentation of the company, and the services provided for the cost. I recommend English Air Inc. as a candidate to provide air conditioning and heating system services.

I can't say enough good things about this company! Let me first start with Chen, who answers the phone, not only is she one of the nicest people on earth, but it was like talking to a sister! She was so informative and even found a youtube video for me to help me find out how to take off the front of my old unit!! Then, when I had questions about the quote I was given (which i thought was a little high) the owner called me personally to explain the break down. Thirdly, once again, the two nicest, most respectful technicians came out (Roman and Stephan). They communicated with me and gave me the most cost effective ways to repair any drywall or wall repairs interior and exterior including painting, because they state very clearly that they do not do that. As a female who spent 5 years remodeling my house and dealing with a lot of men in this industry. I have never experienced this sort of customer service in a long time!! Well done to Anton and his crew. I would give a thousand stars for these guys! Thank you so much!

I wish I could give English Air 6 Stars because they certainly deserve it. People make or break a company and Anton and his professional and qualified techs, especially Eli and Roman make their company deserving of 6. I had a lightning strike at my house and the new AC unit English Air recently installed was knocked out of commission. Anton and his team were quick to come out, quickly find our thermostat was “fried” and make the necessary repairs. We were back up and running in no time. And to make it even better I feel their costs are better than almost anyone AC company out there.
Don’t even look anywhere else for any HVAC needs you may have. Give English Air a call and you won’t be sorry!

If we were able to give more than 5 stars, English Air Inc. would have deserve the highest available. We would like to say thank you to the whole team. You guys did a great job installing our new 18 Seer AC system . Not only did you guys did a great job, but Anton the Owner also did a superb job in explaining the pros and cons of different systems and brands, which helped us makin the decision for the system we chose.

I have used Anton the Owner of English Air for the last 9 years. He has faithfully fixed my 19 year old unit until my compressor went out. After reviewing all options with me, I decided to follow his recommendation, and purchase a high efficiency unit and it was the best decision I ever made. I am already seeing substantial savings (30+%) in my electrical bill, when compared to the previous month and the same month last year. At this rate the savings will more than pay for the unit over time. I would highly recommend Anton and English Air for all of your A/C and Heating needs. If you want, professionalism, courtesy, promptness, and no high pressure selling or unnecessary billing, English Air is the company you are looking for.

In detail:
Buying a new heat pump system is not something I had ever done, so a lot of research into brands and vendors was required. Prior to calling English Air, I dealt with several vendors, one of which quoted new systems whose prices rival those of a new compact sedan.
Anton gained my trust during our first conversation. He asked relevant questions and provided recommendations based on my budget. During the official quoting process, while surveying my home, he asked questions I felt were in line with my best interests and delivering the best experience from a new heat pump system. For instance, he explained (and actually did some math) that our return vent is far too small for the size of the heat pump unit being replaced. Years of service calls to other companies (and even walkthroughs with other new installation vendors) and no one ever mentioned that being the cause of the poor air flow we had been experiencing. Anton then provided a solution. I researched his recommendations, and they were all valid. The next day I realized he never once pushed an unnecessary sale, or gimmick, and provided a solution no else had to one of our cooling issues. Knowledge, honesty and seemingly my best interests in mind. Cliche for sure, but lets be serious, as a customer for this kind of work, you want those things. I accepted English Air's quote (which was a good price).

The installation of the system was very well done. The cleanliness of our home was the same condition as it was before the technicians arrived, maybe even a little better. Roman is knowledgeable, personable, explained every step of the installation process, and answered all questions I asked. I was confident there would be no issues with installation as he knows what he is doing. After the installation was completed, he provided further information on the system, how to use it, and recommendations to get the most comfort based on our needs.

Overall, I cannot emphasize enough my pleasure with this entire process. Our home hasn't been this comfortable in...ever.
Maybe I could have found another company as good as English Air, but I highly doubt I would have found one better.

English Air recently replaced an old AC unit at my house and they did an amazing job. The team was very professional and knew exactly what they were doing. They explained everything about the new system in great detail, and walked me through on how to operate the new thermostat. They even offered financing options that made the cost of a brand new AC system a little easier to bear. Truly exceptional service at a reasonable price!

Update: After having the system installed a little less than a month, I have already seen significant savings on my electrical bill, which went down by about 40% from last month. I could not be happier :)

I used English Air about a year ago, and Anton came right out. It was not the first AC company to visit as I was new in the area (my issue seemed to be somewhat elusive to the prior AC company who didn't really figure anything out or resolve any problem... but charged me anyway). Luckily a neighbor told me about English Air, so I called them. Anton came out the same day, and he was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and he took the time to listen to my problem as well as my concerns. He helped me understand the source of the problem I was having with my unit freezing up, while having unequal air temperatures in my upstairs / downstairs area. He told me the options for resolving the problem, and told me the positives and negatives of each option. Ultimately I went with the short term no cost fix... and he was just as happy to have helped as if I had bought a new AC. My system is still running without freezing as I consistently stick to Anton's advice. I will continue to use English Air AC services because he gave me confidence in being there for my family and me. It wasn't another stop to him, it was a family he helped with a little baby that was enduring the blazing Florida heat. Thank you.
