Have been using E C Waters since 2010 and have always been pleased with the quality and pricing of their service.

E. C. Waters Air Conditioning & Heat has been taking care of my AC needs for over 20 years. They are always extremely professional and courteous. I recently needed to replace my old heat pump with a new one and, of course, I only called Clark Waters based on my past relationship with his company. Jason came out and thoroughly evaluated my needs and recommended a unit for me. The next day J.R. and Donald arrived on time and worked non-stop until my new unit was installed. They worked as a team and explained everything to me in detail. When they were finished, they even cleaned up! I would highly recommend E. C. Waters to anyone needing to replace their current air conditioning unit! They are THE BEST!!! I wish every company I have to deal with was this professional!

Super responsive! Crystal got us scheduled the same morning I called. Tim arrived promptly and quickly identified the problem with our heat pump. Fixed a stuck valve, confirmed heat and air were both working correctly. Didn’t try to add anything or make it a big problem. Very professional and pleasant, honest and trustworthy! Only charged us for the service call. It was wonderful! Will definitely use them for any future needs! Thank you!

We received information about EC Waters AC from my father-in-law who has been using their services since 2002. He has purchased three AC units from them over the years and has their service every 6 months. When I first contacted the company we spoke to Crystal she was very polite and offered lots of information. She made an accommodation to have the owner Clark to come out to the house to give us an estimate on a new AC as our 18 year old trane had finally died.

The appointment was originally set for 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. Clark called at approximately 8:15 and said he was running a bit early if that was okay and I said absolutely come on over.

He wasn't a very pushy salesman he gave me some great options we settled on a 17 Seer Hyperion train, with an extra return duct added in the master bedroom. We were very fortunate that they had an opening two days later for the install. The guys were very professional did a great job and made sure to keep things clean as they were working I was very impressed.

In closing I feel like we got a very good deal and our AC has never ran so cold I highly recommend calling EC waters for any of your air conditioning needs.

We've been using EC Waters since we bought our house five years ago, and even had them install a pricey split unit in part of our property. However, we've been receiving inconsistent recommendations as to how often they should come and perform maintenance, and it finally bit us in the a$$. We've had techs tell us every couple of years is fine, most recently a tech told us every year would be better, and now that we've had an issue (with the very thing we told them we were concerned about last time) within seven months of maintenance, I am told over the phone that actually every 6 months is their recommendation, but they can come and look at it for full price. Maybe if we'd gotten better information from the start, we wouldn't currently have the hallway ceiling caving in under the leaking air handler. After 5 years of customer loyalty, I would have expected better service in this urgent situation than, "well, for $95 we can look at it again." Clearly the $95 wasn't well spent in the first place; not sure I want to double down.

Our A/C went out during a very hot week and we needed relief fast. After seeing some great reviews online, we called E.C. Waters. Jason came out the next day and did a very through assessment of our needs, including household airflow. Two days later, they had a team of four installers out to our house who completed a quality install of a new Trane system in about 4 hours.

EC Waters installed our AC unit 10 years ago and has been servicing it ever since then. We have occasionally received estimates from other contractors, but we have always found EC Waters to have very competitive pricing and to provide excellent service. We strongly recommend EC Waters.

The price was competitive. The Team was fast and efficient. The installation job was very well done. A note: For those that are concerned about COVID-19 exposure, realize that the Install Team did not wear masks. You may want to discuss this with the Company if you have them do any work.

I had high hopes for E.C. Waters, I called to have an AC unit fixed for a property I manage for a client of mine. If their customer service is an indication of their actual service, it is not good. when she picked up she was fairly rude, I don't appreciate being interrogated for a service like this, the call made the decision not to go with E.C. Waters much easier.
