I called EC waters for a replacement of my AC unit's motor, the first estimate I got was 150 at most. I called
I think her name is Debbie not sure and asked when are they coming back to replace it. She said that my motor was not under warranty and it ended Nov 24 2022 it's only Nov 3 2022. She said her mistake and now, if we want to get it fixed it will 380 dollars. We went ahead and did it anyway. Big mistake!!! the work took 10 minutes and we paid 380 dollars for it. If you want Honest company EC waters is not it. GO somewhere else don't even bother with EC waters they are greedy!!!.

My wife and I woke up at 7:30-45am by loud drilling, banging, clanging, scraping, and other loud equipment noises right outside our bedroom window.
