Professional install technicians, Dustin and Donald arrived on time, very courteous, completed job in one day, cleaned up site.
Workmanship was top notch. Satisfied customer. No complaints.

I am so disappointed in how this company handled my last maintenance service call. I have been a customer of theirs since 2016. Like everywhere, their prices have gone up considerably. I understand, but double charging labor is not ok.
The service person removed the capacitor on one of my machines to show me that it was going bad. Knowing that capacitors are not expensive, I told him to go ahead and replace it. When he came back with the invoice my $270 service fee for maintenance was now $499!!! The charge for the capacitor was $229!! Capacitors are at most $50. Essentially, I was being charged for the labor on Maintenace and the labor on a capacitor service call. Double charged for the labor is not ok. When I called to see if they would make this right, I received a song and dance on this is the way their company handles this. The service technician was already here. Replacing a capacitor should not involve an additional labor charge if he needed to inspect it as part of the maintenance. In the end, he ended up putting the old one back anyway. So now I am in search of a new AC service company who treats their customers fairly!

Workers were so considerate of property, prompt, thoughtful and everything was explained to me about the new system and new thermostat. I will never call anyone else for my AC service ever again!

We have been a maintenance customer for many years. This visit yielded a cracked pipe which was fixed, a plugged up drain line which was fixed and all filters washed/replaced. My peace of mind has been restored!! Thank you, Chris!!

Needed to replace my very old AC system at my house. Made a few calls to companies around the area and found EC Waters to be the most responsive and willing to do the work. Their techs were also very courteous while doing the removal and install in and out of my house. Would highly recommend.
