Air Magic

Enough good things can not be said about this Company. My parents have used them for years, we have used them at our business for years, and I have been using them at my home for a few years now as well. They are super responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we are happy.

This will be our second year using Air Magic for our A/C maintenance. Both Everton and Xavier have been great to work with! Very professional and courteous. They both represent the company extremely well and know what they're doing!!

Everton was top notch! He arrived promptly and was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. He shared information with me using very user-friendly terms which I really appreciated since I'm not versed in much air-conditioning vocabulary/lingo. In addition to doing the standard maintenance on my unit, Everton gave me advice on regularly flushing the drain pipe as well as what my options were for different kinds of filters I could be using. He also tied down the drain pipe with an extra ziptie to make sure it didn't move about at all. Everton provided me with A+ service by any measure!

When my a/c unit went down this Morning, in a new residence, my first reaction was...ok I will leave that out. I called the number on the thermostat and received a very positive upbeat response from Kerry, indicating that She would do Her best to get a Technician out to me ASAP.
Low and behold two hours later a young Gentleman named Juvon arrived. He was extremely polite and professional and had me up and running
with heat on a very cold Florida day in no time.

I never take the time to write reviews. But this was certainly warranted.

I am so very happy with Air Magic and can't say enough great things about them. They were so wonderful about helping my Dad, who is a disabled veteran, concerning the AC for a renovation project that was partially funded by the VA to make his home more handicapped accessible. Air Magic completed the job beautifully and then agreed to wait for payment from the VA which was delayed for months. The owner of the company, Bob, and the office manager, Kerri, were so understanding of our situation. Thank you!!! Kerri was so helpful in communicating with the VA inspectors and representatives. Her communication with me via email and by phone was stellar too. My Dad also has an AC maintenance service contract with Air Magic and they always exceed our expectations. Everton's attention to detail is amazing and he thoroughly inspects every bit of the system when he comes out for maintenance. Everton is a true expert in his field with excellent customer service and communication skills in addition to being so reliable and knowledgeable. Dexter has come to my Dad's home too and he was wonderful too. Also, when we had an emergency, I called Air Magic around 9 pm at night on Saturday and to my amazement, my call was answered immediately by Kerri who was very helpful. Kerri and Lynn have always been so professional and caring when I have spoken with them over the phone. When I first started looking for an AC company for my Dad's home, I got estimates from several other AC companies in town. Air Magic's prices were the lowest. Air Magic is the best AC company I have ever encountered and I feel lucky to have found them.

Family owned company that is always responsive to their clients. Technician Everton showed up on time for a same.day appointment with a call from Karey in the office to let me know he was arriving. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a fan motor, made.a phone call and found the part providing me with a reasonable estimate. He left to get the part and a short time later with a knock on my door Everton told.me everything was fixed and working properly. All within 4 hours of my initial call! We have used this company for annual maintenance and repairs for many years and have always had quick reliable.service from friendly & knowledgeable office staff & technicians. 5 stars!

Everton is highly respected by all Air Magic customers at Christopher House. He is knowledgeable, trustworthy & friendly. He has served us several times, and i am always happy to know he is coming out to service our A/C. It is a p,easure to give him a good report.

Air Magic AC was recommended to me by a friend. Lynn and Carrie in the office were amazing setting up my unit install. They also assisted and found me a third party finance company to finance the unit at ZERO % INTEREST!!

Air Magic has great customer service overall, but the service call price was a bit high. They have been servicing my air conditioner for over 10 years, so I am a long time customer. Would I use them in the future, yes!

Very thorough evaluation was completed, with no problems detected, and l’m very satisfied with their professionalism and how everything was handled.
