When I've phoned, this firm has been incredibly helpful. My heating and air conditioning system is always being explained to me by their extremely helpful employees, who are also quite polite. They have been wonderful to work with, and I would suggest them to everyone!

Ray’s Heating Cooling Repair Company is an excellent business. For many years, Mike has been my service technician for annual maintenance. This year, he recommended a new HVAC, which his cre just finished installing. Everything has exceeded my expectations. The installation went much more quickly than anticipated. James and Zack were pleasant, courteous, and professional. When they were done, they even swept the floor! Before he left, Mike double-checked that I understood how to use my new system and answered all of my questions. Thank you so much to everyone!

Worst experience I’ve ever had with any type of home repair service. Technicians came out 3 times. One was a no call, no show. Charged $400 for a Freon refill and after the ac still was blowing warm told my wife to just turn the thermostat down to 67. Third appointment was an hour late and basically told me the unit needed to be replaced. Hired another company and they had it fixed and blowing cold in one hour. It was a $50 cleaning. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF.

These men work hard and are consistently respectful and professional. everyone in the workplace, from the staff to the assistants. They'll do a fantastic job and take careful care of their tools. Definitely suggest.

The technician came to give us an estimate for a new furnace since two other companies had recommended getting one. However, during the course of the tech visit he fixed the two problems that the other technicians had missed. He was thorough and exact in his diagnostics, great to work with.
