Everton, the technician, is always professional. I love having a company that has the same technician for years! Air Magic has always taken care of my air conditioners(2) in my home for 11 years now. They replaced units when they had to be. They always do their best to save me money.

Carrie is the customer's first contact with Air Magic. She won my business 6 years ago by her knowledge of the business of heating/cooling systems. She is able to explain how some equipment operates and suggestions that have helped solve issues. The servicemen are professional, considerate and knowledgeable. I cannot say enough about the people who helped me solve my systems problems. I highly recommend Air Magic.

Air Magic has been great to work with, having installed two new air conditioners in a previous residence and making a repair in our current residence. Anthony has been particularly terrific in all three incidences. He's very thorough, informative, knowledgeable and gracious. He's a model for great customer service!

Juvon was extremely professional and thorough. Lynn is always amazing, I called in the morning as my AC stopped during the night, they sent out Juvon within an hour of speaking with them. Lynn also had me try a few things over the phone prior to sending someone out both times that I’ve used them, unfortunately it didn’t resolve my issue, but I can always appreciate a business that is willing to turn down profit, knowing that the client may be able to resolve it themselves with a few tips.

I have used Air Magic for 20+ years in two different homes. They have installed a new AC for me, done regular maintenance and responded to emergencies when needed. They ALWAYS arrive when they say they will. Their technicians, owner and office staff are ALWAYS professional, polite and very knowledgeable. I find their prices to be competitive and reasonable. Their employees stay with them for years and this speaks to the nature of the company as well. My last two encounters were with a young man named Xavier. Like all of their employees, he is exceptionally polite and professional.

They worked to offer me a solution to my AC issue at the lowest price possible. Anthony was very knowledgeable and conscientious about his work, and Carrie in the office was very friendly and helpful.
