Air Magic

I have been an Air Magic customer since 1984. I have never been disappointed with their customer service or technicians. First of all Lynn and Carrie aka the Dynamic Duo, the ladies that answer the phones are very accommodating and helpful to your needs. I would like to thank Joe for his amazing expertise. He is a perfectionist, knowledgeable, and most of all a professional. Thank you Air Magic for many more years of quality service.

I was recommended to Air Magic by a friend who is a realtor. My A/C did not work. It was fairly new. I was tired of listening to my old A/C guy give me excuses as to why my A/C was breaking. I called Air Magic and one other company. Both came out and diagnosed the same problem, a mismatched system. Air Magic quoted a price to replace it, with many options. They brought me a portable to help out until the new unit was installed. They hired an engineer to determine the heat load of my house, which I liked, because the prior unit kept breaking. Air Magic installed my unit early. The house is now completely cool, and I have a warranty. Air Magic is my A/C company from now on.

Everton made a great job on our AC systems and he has much experience about what he is doing and he is friendly and competent

Our service representative was Troy. He arrived on time and completed the semi annual maintenance. He is a true professional. I highly recommend Air Magic.

Returned from being away for extended period to having no A/C. Called our service provider, Majic Air who rearranged their schedule and had a technician the next morning and fast repair. Recommend them to anyone.

My AC stopped working on a holiday weekend - the worst possible time! Air Magic booked an immediate appointment for me, came out at exactly the appointment time, and fixed my AC in less than an hour. During the repair the technician gave me lots of advice on everything from the AC warranty to maintenance tips. I will certainly be using Air Magic for my future AC needs and will recommend to friends!!

I called Air Magic because my AC was not cooling. They came the next day and verified that my AC was at end of life and had Freon leak. My unit already did not have heat so to repair was too costly, I decided on a new unit. 4 days later they had me on the schedule for installation of a new unit. The team was competent, punctual, and did a great job getting me back up and running. Thank you Air Magic for delivering as promised!

Could not be more pleased with the exceptional service provided at Air Magic! Everton and Joe as well as the front office staff Lynn and Carrie all work together as a cohesive team. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. My A/C compressor broke in the middle of the hot Florida summer and they came same day, expedited the order for the part, and installed it as soon as it arrived. Joe did a phenomenal job and coordinated with Everton who originally diagnosed the issue. Super grateful and recommend them very highly!
