Troy was my maintenance professional. He did a great job, through and very knowledgeable. Air Magic has been doing maintenance checks since I purchased my unit. I see their trucks all over our condo complex as they are highly recommended.

Kerrie on the phones is wonderful as is the other gal in the office, and very responsive— the service men are all knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and thorough —they spent a lot of time to make my Ruud air conditioner work my coils needed a complete cleanup and had to come out what an improvement I’ve used a few services they are the best family owned and run you always talk to someone not am answering machine see before and after photos service also including making it run when it completely stopped

Joe did a great job with installing my new mini split (Mitsubishi mini split). He was very professional, showed up on time, and cleaned up very well upon completing the install. The office staff was very professional as well each time I would call their office. I would gladly use their services again as well as recommend them to others. Thanks Air Magic team!

Do your research and get an estimate before any installation or repairs. There is a saying, “smiling faces show no traces…….” I do not want to make any claims, but I can give my opinion from experience, not good. There is no need for defamation, but instead a strong suggestion to do research and get multiple estimates. DO NOT just go with your first estimate as I did with this company because they seemed nice /: smiling faces…. Do your homework and if this company is the best then go for it. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience. For your own peace of mind put in the work no matter how the voice on the other end reminds you of someone you know that is pleasant and seemingly will do right by you. Get multiple estimates for your own peace.
