My wife and I were very pleased with the install of our Rheem A/C. The installers,Joe and Xavier were very Courteous,efficient, neat and accomodating. would highly recommend Air Magic to friends and family. I asked for an A team to install our new unit, Joe and Xavier were excellent.
Looking forward to lower electric bills.
Everton was the best a/c technician we ever had to fix o ur leak from a clogged line. He was very thorough and provided us with very helpful tips.
He advised us to take out a contract for two visits a year to do an a/c tuneup. we followed up by contacting Kerry at the office.

Every 6 months I get a reminder call for my maintenance appointment.
A tech shows up on time gives me a thorough check up and sometimes
makes suggestions. They are always friendly and efficient, What more can you ask.

Came when scheduled, tech spent lots of time checking out the system. Listened to my concerns and past problems, took photographs, pointed out potential issues, vacuumed the condensate line, and cleaned the exterior coils. He showed me that the interior coils were clean. He also changed the filter. I signed up for the service plan which includes twice per year maintenance. This tech spent four times as much time as the previous company I had AND the service plan for 2X per year cost the same as EACH service call with the prior company. So far, I am very impressed!

My AC stopped working on a Sunday morning. I called Air Magic at 8am Monday. They promised a technician would arrive at 2pm and he did exactly at 2pm. Diagnosed the problem in short order. He had a replacement on his truck. I had a working AC by 2:30pm. Excellent!!!

Xavier was the technician that performed my last service. Aside from the fact that he completed the routine maintenance quickly and efficiently, he offered good tips on things I could do to better maintain my AC unit. He also explained the Humidity Control to me. I was very pleased with his service so I wanted to recognize him for his good work. Thanks, Xavier.
