Original tech was delayed & didn't notify me. I had to call. However once a tech finally arrived he was extremely thorough and performed mutiple checks and did everything possible to insure system worked properly. I was completely satisfied when service was completed. A/C is working great!

UPDATE: In fairness to the company, I am keeping my previous review on here. This will be the 4th night in a row without AC and each day has been an excuse from this company and pointing fingers. I am now starting my search (in 85 degree heat) and starting from scratch.

I would search for another group. The inconsistency is painful.

My air went out at night and they sent someone out right away. The next day, there was still a small issue...and they came back out free of charge to help me diagnose the problem. This is a solid group.

Very Professional and friendly service with the dispatch person and Electrician, Perry. I called in the evening and got an appointment for the next morning. Perry was on time and was detailed in solving the problem. He then took the time to look at another house a/c unit next door and found the problem immediately. Thanks Echo.

I called Echo on Sunday after my AC stopped cooling. A technician arrived that morning and diagnosed the issue as coil problem (hole in the coil). Jaime from the office checked to see if my unit was under warranty, which it was. On Monday she arranged to have a new coil ordered from the manufacturer. On Tuesday after obtaining the coil, James, the technician, arrived at about noon and replaced the defective coil with the new one. I can't remember the name of the first technician that came on Sunday, but all of the persons that I interacted with were outstanding. Jaime kept me updated as she received updates on the status of the coil and the status of the technician's arrival. I appreciate that... keeping a customer informed is important especially when the house was 85 degrees inside. I am very happy with ECHO and their services and highly recommend them for AC services and repair. The price as fair.. Understandably it was an after hours (weekend) call out. $250/hr .. normally $125 during the week. Overall cost to repair including labor, refrigerant, warranty fee was $2500.00.

They were on time. Very efficient, professional and good service. Highly recommend them. They have replaced two ACs units and I have not had any problems. Always there when they say they are coming. I am extremely happy and satisfied with this company.

Owner does not pay his employee. Treats employees like animals even thru he knows nothing about the business just trying to get rich .Owner don't talk to employee just wants money and then don't pay employee for hours worked.10 techs not paid for their hours must be the pills.

The technician was very informative and patient with me answering any questions I had. They were affordable and even offer financing for equipment .I would highly recommend using them for your residential needs I've already set up my maintenance plan.

This was my second scheduled service with Echo. As last time, their technicial, Perry, was on-time and very efficient and polite.

The renewal of my annual service agreement was also $30 less than last year, so that was a pleasant surprise.

I'd definitely recommend using Echo.

Perry the technician was great, and did a very good job of keeping me informed about what he was doing. He was neat and courteous.

However, I had called the day before, and asked how much the service call would be. I was told it would be $125 per hour, plus any parts. The tech was here for 45 minutes. I was charged for the Freon, and was fine with that, but was charged $250 for the service call! Feels like bate and switch to me. I will not be calling them for service again.

James & his partner were extremely conscientious & patient with me, explaining their procedures and proper care. I was extremely impressed with them & the information provided to me. I have no doubt that their work was exceptional. I appreciated their honesty & effort.
