Overall pleased. The sales process felt a bit too pushy but the price for my AC was fair. I felt that the advisor did not suggest the best product for the needs of our house, but was just there to make the biggest sale. That is to be expected, though.
What I’m impressed by - and truly warrants 5 stars - is the installation. Ramsay came to install our unit. He was timely (early actually), efficient and considerate (he vacuumed my carpet after finishing installation, and left zero trash/mess behind).

Please read calmly, the conclusions I am going to start with,
1- Exaggerated prices, with a 10 year warrant I was charged in "labor cost" the retail price for the 3 ton Coil itself.
2- They do not have control their units "Trane" so they don't have replacement parts on hand.
3- They do not have on-call staff that can assist you in case of emergency, you must wait for the next day and they do not call you.
4-They do not follow up with the client once the equipment is repaired.
5-In my phone calls with them they showed little interest in keeping an ongoing client once past the initial sale.
I bought 2 complete air conditioning units on June 30, 2020, Trane brand rather pricey, on 10/08/2021 the second level unit was damaged, called Alex Pascual the seller of Freezing mechanical, with whom I made the contract for the purchase of the units. I was told to send a text documenting how he could help me, I wrote to him to help me, and he never answered me! From there I called the technician who I had done the installation and he told me that it was too late to call the company, because it was around 10 pm and Freezing mechanical does not have an emergency system, so call and leave a message, according to them they'd respond the next day. They never returned my call, I called again mid-morning on August 11, Ileana answered me, (supposedly I had a year of free maintenance) but it had already happened and I never knew; He sent me 'a technician $ 85.00, the Coil had been damaged, it had to be replaced, according to them Trane did not answer, they needed the replacement Coil, in the Doral offices, which is where Trane's main offices are located. because they didn't have the part on hand they asked for it in West Palm Beach , I was on hold for 6 days, I called every day but it was a waste of time, the justification was that it was on the way and that I would receive it on Saturday, on Saturday that would arrive on Monday, they sent the technician Julio C Bravo and they replaced the Coil for $1110.00 dollars, the price.
