Freezing Mechanical Air Conditioning

Great company, very professional and prompt. Technicians came on time, did their job, answered any questions I had and I was very satisfied.

Don’t stand behind their work, they do not honor their contracts, and are no help after you spend thousands of dollars with them.
1 year into a brand new 7500$ unit, and already having issues, and having to have another company come fix there mistakes!

Luis was very professional and explained everything related to maintain the A/C clean for a longer time. Very polite and seems to enjoy his job. Thank you Luis !!!!

Great A/C company at a great value. Service Center is responsive and their tech Ariel is a true professional. I work at a rival a/c company ARS Rescue rooter and would recommend freezing mechanical to my own friends and family. Even with an employee discount they are twice the price.

Terrible experience!!...I called them for an emergency last month and they charged me $85 to send me a technician to troubleshoot and give me an estimate but they never called me back and I had a horrible condensation leak in the middle of my living room ceiling (which by the way it is going to cost me now $1500.00 to fix and it is all their fault)....I called them three days after and their secretary told me there were no one to give me an estimate since the owners were on vacations and no body could make a decision that I had to wait for them to come back!....Needless to say, I called another company and they fixed my problem right away!!!....by the way I'm still waiting for the owners to call me and at least apologize for their lack of professionalism....don't make the mistake of calling them like I did.

Mr.Andres and Lazaro they were the mechanics that replaced my old AC , they are very professionals and very efficient in the job that they do
