We are very satisfied with the services of Freezing Mechanical.
Mr. Ariel took his time to explain to us which brand was the most appropriate in our house and clearly specified the form of payment.
On the day scheduled for the installation, Mr. DiosDany and his partner arrived on time and behaved respectfully and very professional in their work.
Five days later, the duct was cleaned and whoever did it was very professional and respectful

I like how Alexis and Alain performed the work today. The Ac in side was left perfect. They turned it on and started to work. I how in few hours I can feel the house more cold. So far is good. They did a good job so far. I hope you don’t hear from me. 😷

Excellent customer service thanks to Ariel. he was very helpful very professional gave me the best options that fit my needs. I looked into many different AC companies but Ariel service was the best. I ended up going with carrier performance Series 17 they came and installed the unit did a very professional job highly recommend this company.

I went looking for information from Carrier and was found them on the Carrier page with great reviews. I made an appointment online and the next morning a friendly woman called me and squeezed me in. Jose Hernandez and Jandrey Marichal from Freezing Mechanical Air Conditioning showed up. Very friendly, amazing knowledge and fixed the problem very quickly.

Amazing company, I requested a quote around 11:00pm on Thursday and they called me first thing Friday morning. Alex and Valeria inspected our old unit and provided excellent customer service while meeting our budget. They arrived on time for inspection and installation, Alex & Alain Hernandez worked diligently to install our system the next morning and left the work area spotless after removing our old units. Definitely going to recommend to all of my neighbors and friends.

I called them because my 10 year old AC unit broke down all of the sudden. They sent someone the same day to my house and offered me an amazing deal I couldn’t refuse. Now I am enjoying a brand new AC. I’m so grateful to Freezing Mechanical … 100% recommended!!

They installed a new system and charged $300 more for city permit. After work was done they were supposed to call city inspector to pass inspection and they never did. Now I have an open permit against my house in file. To make it worse I don’t know if they did the job right since it hasn’t passed inspection, and 4 years later the compressor broke. Don’t use this company!!
