Freezing Mechanical Air Conditioning

I am very pleased with the services I received. This was my first time using Freezing Mechanical. My mom referred them. On Thanksgiving Day my unit broke down. They were able to send me someone right away who fixed the issue and got the unit up and running. I highly recommend them. I appreciate their promptness and professionalism!! Freezing mechanical was extremely helpful in a time of dire need. My AC unit stopped ventilating air in my house from one day to another. Living with elderly family relatives, they could not take the South Florida heat and we collectively could have not afforded to upgrade our AC unit. Thanks to Freezing and their financing options not only were we able to afford the much needed upgrade but we didn't have to bear with the soaking heat for more than a couple hours. Within minutes of an in-person consultation they were able to send us a technician available for immediate install. The whole process went smooth and efficient. Absolutely recommend 10/10.

Run away. They have "fixed" my AC more than 4 times this year alone. They will charge you everytime they visit. At this point I feel I was scammed. I feel they did not fix anything just to charge me again. Just 3 days after their visit the AC broke again, and just for them to come back and look at it they will charge me $80. Once they come they say that this time something diffrent broke, not what they "fixed" and charge even more. No ethics whatsoever.

The experience was fantastic! From the initial call for inquiry to the salesman and the installers Ramsay. Such nice, professional and very quick service, all done same day. The different product options were great and we’re not pressured into getting the higher priced products. Our choice was respected. We are super happy with our choice and everyone slept comfortably. Everyhing was great until the unit I bought broke down 4 times the first year the charged 245.00 for changing a fuel. and they wanted to pay $800.00 for changing a transformer and a Connector of an A/C that is two years old.
To me that i super expensive and it is not Good very dissapointed
