Next day, Randy showed up ready to install the brand new a/c unit. He was very professional with the installation and clean work. I recommend this company for any A/C work.

Owner was un professional, 1 hour late for our meeting, turns out he was eating lunch.
I should have known when he showed up picking his teeth with a tooth pick and rubbing his belly. Avoid this company like the plague I guess my time is not as valuable as his.

There is no clear prices .... And the begining you guys charge $85 dollars for the diagnosis of the problem, but also said that that amount it's going to be "used" as a credit for furter reparation or maintenance . at the end you charged $490 for a coil cleaning (technician told me its about $380 when he first showed up) and on top of that the $85 dollars that I pay don't be deductible for the (cleaning) 😒

Super great company, totally loved their service from beginning till end. From my first call with Vanessa who really showed genuine concern about my problem and needs, to the installation with Alexis and Alain who were really knowledgeable, it was all around a smooth operation. If you are replacing your A/C / This is the place to do it with. I called today, and, in two hours I had a crew replacing the inside, and outside units. Very professional crew and installation.
