From the initial estimate and contract with Sales Manager Carrol, to the incredibly efficient and consistent organization of the permitting, documents, work scheduling, and city inspection by Service Coordinator Ileana in the headquarters, everything went perfectly. The new system functions like a dream and I feel confident that should anything be amiss in the future they will take care of it right away. Many thanks!

I was very skeptical about dealing with a/c companies when obtaining quotes for a new a/c system. Out of three companies where one never returned my calls and the other never even showed up, the only one that came through like a true professional was Freezing Mechanical. The sales representative was very knowledgeable about the company and the equipment they offered, not to mention punctual. Needless to say that their quote was the best price for an incredible Carrier Infinity System with all the bells and whistles along with a brand new duct system. The owner of the company and a supervisor visited my home to make sure everything was done right and thoroughly explained the new systems features. The new a/c equipment installation was flawless and the installers were very nice and respectful. I had to call them back a couple of days after installation due to one of the a/c vents not working correctly and the Freezing Mechanical supervisor was at my home with a technician that very same day, now that is AWESOME service!!! No company does that anymore. Freezing Mechanical not only has the best prices, but the BEST customer service in South Florida!!! Thank you very much Freezing Mechanical!!!!!!!!!

I want to thank the two techs Ariel and Animis that came today to install the new A/C. They were very professional, organized, polite and great workers.
They cleaned the area of the apt before they left. I appreciated it a lot. I also thank Alex, the representative, informing about the A/C needed as well as the total estimate of the job and equipments. He was very professional and helpful.

Worst company ever, the installer didn’t know how to install a big unit in my house, so he did a micky mouse installation, after many complaints I decided to go with another company, they fixed and I did pay about 5k. They have a clause for avoiding a courthouse trial, so have to go to arbitration. I have pictures and video, so if you are interested contact me
