Technician was knowable and handled he job very well. He assured me.the unit was okay, changed the filter which I appreciated as I can no longer get on a ladder. Thank you for many years of competent and excellent service.

I called in August, busiest time of the year, the air conditioning at my office, had ceased to function and smelled burnt. The call was placed about 9:00 am, at this time of year in Florida, most companies have a waiting list. I was told that they would get to us that day but late in the day. True to their word, Robert got to my office about 4:30, quickly diagnosed the problem, repaired it and charged what I considered to be a very reasonable price. After having such a long day in the Florida heat and humidity, dealing with customers that are frustrated, you would expect the technician to be in a hurry or worn out. I was surprised at how pleasant and professional he was. He was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend this company!!

Ac out 12 pm. Called wards, very helpful on phone scheduled us for 5 pm that afternoon. Office called at 5 said technian was on his way. Jeffrey arrived at 530, got right on the problem and had us fixed within the hour. Jeffery's vehicle and appearance were very professional. Explained in detail what was needed and recommend future pm that was needed. Price was very fair. Will call again and recommend to others.

Ward's staff are always courteous and approach their efforts in a very business like manner, i.e. no shortcuts in inspection and preventive maintenance services. I've used Ward's for over 20 years and will continue to utilize their services for all my A/C needs.

Shout out to Wards air conditioning for dealing with the crazy woman from Massachusetts.! We just moved into our home and had concerns. The women who answered the phone were extremely helpful and patient with me. The technician who came was polite, informative and so helpful!
