Wards Air Conditioning

Have been using Wards for years and have never had a bad service. Would highly recommend them.

Wards installed our heat pump when our home was built and did great job
Since then we have them perform the maintenance on our unit 2 times year. Cody, who came today was so very professional nice and knowledgeable, he showed us how our filters wete so dirty. He recommended changing filters every 2 months and this will keep your unit lasting a long time and save energy. We are very happy with Wards everyone talk to are are so nice. Mike C.

A terrific tech named Matt replaced our capacitor on a Sunday morning. The price was fair (there was NO weekend/after hour fee), and the repair was done in under 30 minutes! We are so thankful to have cool air again. We are going to continue to use their services in the future!

Highly recommend! We had 3 local A/C companies visit our home and provide quotes. Wards came in much lower in one case over $8,000 lower and for a better unit, as well they offered a much better warranty both on service and parts than the others. They were professional, clean, on time and importantly very knowledgeable! We had done a great deal of research prior and Wards answered all the questions, unlike previous quotes that wanted to sell us off brands and smaller than needed units. A week after installation, they returned as promise, installing a vent that was on back order. We highly recommend Wards based on our experience and exhausting research!

I've used Ward's bi-annual maintenance service for my home's HVAC for years, and they've kept it humming along. Professional techs, friendly, helpful when I ask questions, all around good. The few times my system's been down, they've fixed it in a timely manner.

I only wish they would auto-renew my maintenance contract every year; not something I blame them for, just an added convenience that would be nice.

Purchased a commercial building that had an existing Ward Service contract for maintance on the 6 ACs.

Called 2 initially and left messages for Karl ( can't remember his name exactly but older gentleman)

The 3rd time I got him on the phone and explained I wanted to continue the contracts. I gave him my info and he said he would email me the paperwork.

Never received anything.

Called a 4th time and left a message without response

Called a 5th time and spoke with him directly again. He promised an email within 24 hours with the paperwork.

Never received anything.

A few months have gone by without response

Called a 6th and 7th time recently without response.
