Service was fast and excellent. I spoke with Aurelia (?) for an urgent call to have someone check our AC after it wouldn’t turn on and temperatures inside the house were reaching the 80s. Given that it was after 5pm, we were worried we wouldn’t be able to find a company to come right away the same day, but Aurelia was able to slot us in, helping us even while she was driving home. The technician (Melvin) was fantastic! He arrived within 20 mins of our call to the office and promptly diagnosed the issue as a blown fuse. He fixed it within minutes, and even took the time to explain exactly what he thought may have caused it and also give us some tips on things that we can do in the future to maintain our system longer-term. He was very patient, thorough, and friendly. The total cost was reasonable too. Five stars to Mr. Kool man. I highly recommend them and I will definitely use them again!

Used this company to support my community - came out let me know what was needed to repair unit - agreement reached on cost refused to come back and complete work - contacted company on several occasions confirmed appointment for repair did not show up no return call as to why very unprofessional.

I have been a customer for several years and Mr. Kool Man's service has always been excellent. They have come out in bad weather, sweltering hot weather and in the evening and on weekends.
In August 2016 I needed a new system and went with a Trane system. The only reason Mr. Kool Man didn't do the install was because they didn't offer financing/payment plan that I was looking for at the time. What a mistake that was. The company that installed the Trane sytem didn't tell me I had the option between plastic and a metal/aluminium casing/housing for the Air Handler. So the plastic one was installed. The plastic on that casing/housing cracked within 2 years. And the company that installed the system kept charging me for maintenace. (Only 1 year free)
Mr. Kool Man has done repairs multiple times over the last 5 years.
He always shows up when he says he will. If there's an emergency that will cause delay, he will communicate that right away.
The owner is very friendly, communicates well and gets the job done correctly.

When it came time to do so, they gave me a great price and affordable financing. They showed up in the mornning and it was up and running by the end of the day. If you are looking for friendly, timely reasonable service, give them a call.

After a horrible experience with another company (separate review posted for them), I called Mr. Kool Man to come take a look at my AC. It was relatively late in the day when I called and they tried to get someone out that night but techs were already working other jobs, which was understandable. What I needed wasn't an emergency. They scheduled someone to come over first thing in the morning. My A/C just wasn't cooling like it should. I was having to set it really low just for it to be somewhat comfortable and we were still sweating. When they arrived, they did a full inspection and found the freon was really low but that wasn't the biggest issue. My inside unit was very rusted and there was a lot of mold! They went over a few options but given the age of my unit and the issues, it made the most sense to do a full replacement. They were able to get that done same day. For several months, I have been waking up with a stuffy nose and assumed it was just allergies. After sleeping a night with the new unit, I woke up without this issue for the first time and now believe it was due to the mold in the unit. They also checked around to make sure the mold had not spread beyond what they could easily see, which was much appreciated. Everyone from the office manager to the techs were nothing short of kind and amazing. While I was not thrilled with having to have the unit replaced, I am very thankful they found the issue. This is something that could have very easily become way worse and affected our health had it not been found and fixed. Disappointed in the other company for not letting me know, but so thankful Mr. Kool Man got it taken care of. I highly recommend them!

I highly recommend using Mr. Kool Man. Melvin is beyond amazing and extremely knowledgeable. What would have cost me at least a grand was pennies on a dime. He was very thorough. I greatly appreciated the follow up calls from him personally to confirm everything was still Running smooth. I can not say enough about this company and their professionalism.

When I called, the customer service was great! I knew exactly what to expect as far as service and arrival was concerned. Melvin came out promptly, he was very professional and efficient! I have a personal AC man but I am seriously thinking about making a change! The service was ABSOLUTELY reasonably priced as well! I highly recommend Mr Kool Man and advise you to TIP YOUR TECHNICIAN!

I called Mr. Kool man a few weeks ago for annual service on my A/C system. There was no issues just wanted regular cleaning and maintenance done. The lady who answered was very nice and friendly. She told me there was an opening same day. I opted for that appointment. She scheduled me and told me somebody would be out between a certain time. The time came and went and 2 weeks have gone by now. Nobody ever showed up or called me or anything. I suggest you do NOT call this company for any service.

Mr Kool Man is the best ! Melvin and Luis are professional and courteous ! We purchased our unit from them 4 yrs ago and they really stay on top of things. They do courtesy calls to have our annual maintenance checkup. Very prompt ! They do not solicit and keep calling and calling like some companies do. That in itself is worth it ! Mr. Koolman was a pleasure to work with. I have been looking for someone to call on when my AC needs serviced and I think I have found them. Melvin came out, he was in contact with me up to the point of his arrival. He went over a few different areas of concern with my AC unit but did not try and pressure me into purchasing unnecessary parts. He said when I was ready to give him a call and he will get it taken care of.Look forward to conducting business with them in the future.
