    Don’t use this company my parents had them put in a new AC unit and they installed the ductwork backwards causing the vent in the floor to fill with water and causing damage. When we called we got no answer when we filled a report with the BBB the company came back saying it was our fault. Beware and stay away far away

    We have used All Zone Air for many years to repair our Air Conditioner and bought our last Air Conditioner from them that they installed and also put in more runs to a new room we added to our home. They are very Professional and well trained as well as honest and have always had the parts needed to fix our AC whenever it has failed. You can count on them!

    I called for some maintenance on my 10 year old Bryant a/c unit. I had read some reviews of other companies and was worried about someone coming out and either damaging my system or simply trying to sell me a whole new unit. I called in on a Saturday around noon and they had someone here within an hour. The technician was professional and explained everything he was doing in detail. It turned out that my system was a little low on freon. The technician showed me the readings on his equipment and explained to me the allowable range of fluctuation. He promptly fully charged the system and made a couple of other maintenence recommendations without being pushy at all. Their pricing was not out of line and the technician thoroughly confirmed the system was now functioning properly. I'm now sitting in a nice cool house and have peace of mind knowing that my system is all current on maintenance. Thanks Yocman!!!

    I'm a tenant. My landlords had them come out to redo the units and duct work. They replaced the unit outside. BUT they only taped the duct work, the unit in the attic was installed backwards and not even hooked up to the drain pipe. NOW they arent even answering phone calls or returning messages. Absolutely rip-offs!!! We've had to call out another company to come out and fix this mess.

    This is my experience! I made a call to make an appointment, a person who answered the phone call Alicia with a tone of voice as if she was talking to her children stressed or in a bad mood, she asked if she would call the next day to confirm if I was going to answer or not ! When I told her that I should be working I would try to answer, she hung up on me, angry that she would call my landlord, regrettably that company is sent by my landlord. At least I hope the technicians are not so rude. we are the ones who should be angry and stressed because 5 days 88 degrees inside a house but we remain calm because we are educated people unlike them, it is sad to see that many business owners do not understand the importance of customer service I personally would not contract this company, it is a lack of respect, customer service is bad.

    *ALL-ZONE aircondition to the rescue*
    My cousin recommended All-Zone.
    They came out about 3pm, ran diagnostic test....no charge, and replaced the start compacitator for $ 185.00. Added a new thermostat per My request and all completed within a hour.My motor, fan and everything else was fine. The first company did not even do diagnostic testing but said my motor to the outside fan was gone and wanted to charge me 1300 dollars to repair. Or, I could replace my system with cost starting at 5 grand.
    I did not need a new unit ( All Zone sell and install new units). But, their tech didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need.
    All-Zone is not only posted on my FB page but, my refrigerator. That's who I'll use from now on.

    If I could give negative stars, I would. This company has been jerking us around for over 3 weeks about our brand new, less than 1 year old A/C unit that THEY installed that won't cool properly (now wont cool at all). A technician came out about three weeks ago and after doing some diagnostics on the unit stated that a part needed to be replaced, he then got on the phone with his Supervisor and then came back a few minutes later stating that the part didn't need to be replaced and that they were going to "try" something else and then proceeded to turn up the fan speed in the air handler. It continued to be 2 de g.e was hotter in our house than what the thermostat stated so they came back out and then said it was an issue with the thermostat and that they needed to order a new one (why the technician didn't have one on his van, I dont know). A week went by and we heard nothing and when we got home from work that Friday at 5:30 the thermostat stated that it was over 80 degrees in our house. We then turned off the unit for a few hours to see if that would help (as this A/C company wouldn't) and when we turned it back on several hours later it seemed to be fine. Then the next day, one again the house was only reaching 2 degrees hotter that what the thermostat was set at. I then called them again to come out on a Saturday where the lady who answered the phone tried to say that we'd have to pay a service fee and for labor. The technician came out with about 2 hours and talked to me like I was an idiot and kept interrupting me and wouldn't allow me to tell him what the unit had been doing, or in this case not doing. My husband had asked him who ilhis Supervisor was in which he replied that he didn't know. He was at our house a total of maybe 15 minutes and then came back inside and came to the room that I was in and proceeded to yell at me "OKAY BYE!!!" I looked at him with a surprised expression as I didn't even have words to reply to that level of disrespect and then he said "A/C is fine". He then turned around without allowing me to say anything and then stormed out my front door literally slamming it behind him. He did this right in front of my 9 year old son to add to the level of his inappropriate behavior. I called and spoke with the lady that answers the phones and told them I wanted to speak to a manager to which she replied that they were out of town and would call me Monday. Well it's Tuesday now and I called up there and she said that they were going to be out of town for another week. I told her it was now 85 degrees in our house and that they are legally liable to fix this and she cut me off and said that they will not do business with us anymore and hung up on me. WORST COMPANY AND PEOPLE EVER!!!!

    Prompt and correct service. Company is well managed and the technicians are well versed in thier craft. Had a leak in my piping, was diagnosed and repaired on scene. Great work D. Thank you for making my day!!!

    We were having issues with our AC and called All Zone. They responded quickly and fixed the problem in no time. Great customer service and professional staff. I would highly recommend these guys!

    when you call the company, you get a voicemail. Called several time and left messages but no one returned my calls. They've lost my business. Now I will call someone else.
