Professional & quality work Tim did on our AC/ Air Handler system which was struggling. Tim’s genuine concern and work ethics are greatly appreciated! We had to wait few months for the parts to come & he kept us informed.

By far the best experience I ever had with an HVAC company. From start to finish I was treated with nothing but respect, kindness and professionalism. The process was simple, left a message explaining my situation and Henry called me back within minutes and set up appt for me same day! Tim was the tech and let me say he's as nice as everyone says he is. Tim was on time, worked fast and efficiently, super knowledgeable and thorough. He identified the problem within minutes and went right to work. I am not dealing with any other business for my a/c needs. Strongly recommend them to anybody and everybody.

My HVAC unit had started to go out and I wasn't quite sure what the issue was. I called this company after searching online for someone in my area. I was sent to the voicemail of Henry, where I left a detailed message. Henry called me back within 10 minutes, which I wasn't expecting (especially on a holiday). He was very nice and gave me some ideas of what the issue might be. Henry scheduled me the same day with Tim.

A few hours later Tim arrived, earlier than the scheduled time but I was made aware of his arrival time. He took a look at my unit and determined that the motor had to be replaced. He got the part in under an hour and was back to work on it. He answered all my questions and explained everything to me. Tim was such a nice guy. His price was very reasonable.

I love that this is a family-owned business. I didn't feel like he was getting over on me at all. You rarely see the actual owner come out to your home and work, but I was very happy that he did. This company has gained a lifetime customer. Thank you all so much!

Tim is the kindest man you'll ever meet with great attention to detail. He took the time to explain exactly what needed to be fixed, was quiet when fixing it (we work from home), and left the area looking better then when he got here. He's extremely considerate and does exemplary work. I would recommend him for absolutely anything.

Update again on June 10, 2023: I had 4 vents that were not blowing out air for the AC. I had some water damage in the home. Tim came out quickly to assess what needed to be done....which was installation of duct work. He scheduled me quickly and he and his nephew completed the work in a timely manner. Once again Tim Holtsclaw (and his nephew) saved the day for me....very professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and great customer service.

I called to have service because my AC was not blowing cold air. Initially I was told that someone would not be available until the next day. However, I received a call back 5 minutes later and the technician arrived within 45 minutes.

This was my 2nd time using them and just like the second time, they sent someone right away. Lifesavers! Tim Holtsclaw, came a second time and again was professional, prompt, reliable, and AC is running wonderfully once again. Thank you!
