Pro Air Heating and Cooling

Pro Air has been providing me HVAC service for over 15 years. Always professional and provide good service. They installed my system about 13 years ago and have been providing twice a year preventative maintenance since. The system runs great and I have needed little or no minor repairs throughout the years.

Fast and courteous service as always. Tim is a pleasure to have servicing our a/c unit.

Always amazing service! They do a once a year maintenance on the house for us. Several times after the maintenance in the summer, we’ve had issues unrelated to the service. Since they know us and our system, minor repairs are quick and super cheap. Super impressed!

I can't say enough about how excellent these gentlemen are at what they do. Out of three total system replacement quotes, they had the most thorough and affordable SET of OPTIONS that were patiently explained to me in a way that informed me about what I was having installed in my home. No scare tactics or hard sale either, just practical knowledge and professionalism. When I say gentlemen, I mean it. They were courteous to me and EACH OTHER. Tim, Henry and Lem work together like a well oiled machine. Complete removal and install in 3 days. They care about their clients and are genuinely interested in the well being of your family's air quality. You can't go wrong with these Pros.

Tim from Pro Air is PHENOMENAL! They have an online appointment system which made everything incredibly easy! From the second I made the appointment, I received a text confirmation. Updates and reminders also came through text message. They called when they were on their way. Once here, they were extremely professional. They explained what they were doing and how much it would cost. It was VERY reasonable. Their service is top notch and I would recommend them to anyone.

ProAir has been taking care of us for about 8 years and there’s a good reason why. They are professional, honest and only do quality work every time. Tim is the same guy that comes out every time. Pro Air did a great job for us on our AC. The AC was only a few years old, and NOT installed by Pro Air. Tim pointed out a major drainage problem from the original install that REALLY needed to be addressed. Tim sent us an estimate that same day for the cost of fixing the problem at a good price. Pro Air is now our new AC maintenance company! 5 stars.
